They did good work for the year that I used them but lacked the ability to meet my needs and therefore I did not renew the next year. We have a small area in our back yard that is sloped such that their commercial machinery dug ruts into my lawn. They did well with everything but that area and were far more responsive than Baxter Gardens, the company that followed them.
They were unable to use a smaller mower and I was unwilling to have 10′ long ruts in my yard so we parted ways.
