Ordered a 4KTV and television wall mount eight days ago. The TV already arrived at my house and the TV mount was supposed to be here at Best Buy four days ago. Came to pick it up today and they said the TV mount is not here and they do not know when it will be here. The online site just says in process but when I ordered it said it was going to be here four days ago. Horrible service from Best Buy, there is no excuse for ship to store to take over eight days.

A television quit — like kapoot. How does that happen? It’s not under stress. It didn’t fall. When I say A television quit. .. I mean THE television in my bedroom quit. Critical television. I know you’re not supposed to have a television in the bedroom. But the silence is deafening, can’t fall asleep, and then I start thinking. So, that makes me unable to fall asleep. I asked SmartSon to join me at Best Buy September 18 to help me select a new television. Caleb helped us. He gave us the low-down on latest and greatest — I know nothing of this vocabulary. SmartSon understood it all. But most of the capacities of these machines aren’t anything I do. So, do I need that exemplary of a television? I purchased one — not available in this store. It had to be picked up at another store. Luckily, the store that had the television was near where SmartSon lives. So he picked it up. Guess who got it. And guess who got his«old» television. Thanks to Caleb for explaining all the features of the televisions and finding the television I purchased at a store that was convenient. .. at least for SmartSon.

Very bad customer service. Just a simple couple they kept telling me the wrong info and none of them willing to help me at all in this store. All I heard is: there’s nothing I can do. While other places can do much more things. Worst bust buy I ever been. Especially when my family spend thousands dollars here for business supply. Never came back again.

Do not trust the delivery system at best buy where you order items and they send them to the store. I did that and received about 4 emails that my Sonos amps were on the way, shipped, arriving soon and finally arrived. I left work to get the amps only to find that they were not there– one was and one was supposedly on a truck. Why would they send emails that the products were ready to be picked up when they were not? The manager then argued with me and tried to explain that they were two orders but my emails never said that and it is a lie. I paid all at once. I would just use Amazon and will try to never shop at best buy. They are terrible.

Fools know nothing about what they’re selling. Dude literally went to the Internet when I asked a question. I’ve overheard sales people give verifiably FALSE information to prospective computer buyers. Should be called Best LIE. However, they often have what I need when I need it. Just don’t ask for assistance. So your own research before purchasing.

I went into Best Buy to find out why my computer was so slow and to perhaps buy a new one. The young man, Andrew, at the Geek Squad was so helpful, patient and informative. He spent as much time with me as I needed and I left the store confident that I had made the right decision and was knowledgeable about my purchase. Kudos to Andrew for his attitude and professionalism. I wish all employees that I come in contact with were as pleasant as he was.

This is my local BBY store and we moved to the area about 2 years ago. Actually, I just checked the date and it was exactly, to the day, two years ago that we bought our current home. In that time, I’ve had the occasion to visit this store numerous times and as recently as yesterday to replace a router I bought… yep, two years ago exactly. Dealing with the staff here can be a challenge. I find it better to walk away and find someone else if I happen to get hooked up with someone who is unhelpful. I’ve got a near-perfect record using this approach. Thus far, we’ve bought a dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, several iPhones, a sound bar, a couple of wireless routers and a myriad of other items here. I do ask for price matches when I know the same thing is available for less and they are very agreeable about that as well. This location remains my first stop for electronics.

it’s only a matter of a few years before Best Buy completely goes out of business. Something about the color scheme just reminds me blockbuster. Constantly higher prices, someone and they’re always trying to sell me DIRECTV, and just the inconvenience of shopping there don’t make up or they’re usually pretty good customer service and the much higher prices over what is available on Amazon or the Internet.

Normal Best Buy. The only thing I’m Wondering is why the staff is so snooty and absolutely rude. They don’t care about anyone. Avoid this Best Buy and find a different one in the area.

The guy who helps us is great, our second time purchasing electronics from him. Layout of the store bad though. Easy to find tv’s but other departments poorly laid out. I realize people buy less DVDs and Cds but I was looking for a gift for my Dad and couldn’t find/figure out the method to their madness. I would have given an extra star but as I was leaving the store an employee pulled up in the parking lot and took the front spot. He should have parked further out and left those front spots for customers. I’ll continue to check them out for price comparison.

This past Christmas season, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service here. I had no problems returning an iPod Touch 5, and exchanging it for a Nano. Very helpful associate at the return desk even walked me over to the section of the store and unlocked the cabinet for me so that I didn’t have to go and look for someone else to do that. The exchange was very fast. Last week I had the opportunity to sit and speak with one of the mobile phone associates. She was extremely generous with her time, and patient with my dopey questions. I felt no pressure. Also, as with all Best Buys, I’m a big fan of their electronics recycling program. Today, I dropped off a few various items that have accumulated at home. Granted, it is a big box store. Staff sees turnover — like a box of chocolates, you probably won’t know who you’re going to get. This location did well for me this busy Christmas season.

This place is horrible. Paid cash for an iPad. Wife didn’t like it so I returned it UNOPENED. They told me tough luck on giving me a cash refund and that they would mail me a check in about 10 days or so, or, they could give me a gift card. I am a Premier Reward Zone member and have spent thousands of dollars in their store. I will NEVER patronize Best Buy again and I urge you to take note of my experience before you do.
