Starbucks

I have been to this location multiple times and I always ask myself why i keep going back. The people that work there are always rude, I feel like I’m bothering them when i try to order my drink. This past time i came in at 9:10pm and they were already shutting down everything. I thought maybe they were closed/​about to close for the night. So i asked the girl if they were closing. She said they were open till 10pm and preceded to slam the papers down that she was working on and very coldly asked what i wanted. My drink tasted ok, but not what i normally am used to getting. I don’t know if ill come back here, even though i live like 5 minutes away.

Baristas are awsome, even though their management gave them the short end of the stick. They just keep up the good service. The only bad thing i would say there is about this location is the customers. They are rude, entitled, obnoxious, and argue even when they are wrong. I’ve sat in the café and watched rude customers heckle the staff. Keep it up guys you rock. Sorry for all the rude customers, who think they know your job better than you. Even though they probably suck at theirs CHEERS!

Pretty much the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I barely come into this town and have given this Starbucks 3 or 4 chances by now and they always screw it up. I was here over the weekend to get some tea through the drive thru. After technical difficulties with the speaker and having to have someone else take my order it took several minutes to get out of the barista what kind of hot tea they have. We chose one then I ordered an iced earl grey and had a quick convo with the guy about ensuring to leave enough room for soy milk. I get to the check out and she’s like its 2.72 (I think) she gives me the tea and tells me to have a nice day. I said what about my earl grey and she was confused and asked the guy who helped her originally. He acted like he had no idea about the second tea and that I was making it up. I was so frustrated with trying to explain it and convince him I ordered the tea (he took my order) to him that I had to leave. Thanks for making my experience suck again. We won’t be back

The service was really 0. You need to improve

I feel so privileged to have such a fabulous Starbucks so close to my house. They are always so friendly and even after all the modifications I make they are still super pleasant and friendly!
I am very happy that this is a drive thru location and even when the line is super long it doesn’t take long to get through it.
It is a stand-​alone location and even has nice outdoor seating weather-​permitting.
Of all the locations I’ve visited this is my favorite location.
Just disappointed the winter flavors are out!!!

This location wins the award for slowest Starbucks location. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store turns out to be a training location for future employees of the DMV.

They have a drive thru but can get very crowded with a long line of cars.
Inside they workers are very nice and helpful and try to get you your drinks as quick as they can.
Love the little cups and mugs they sell and also now for the holidays they have some nice gift ideas and stocking stuffers.
Prices are the same like any other Starbucks.

What can I say? Great friendly service with a smile. I’m a regular when they see me coming they immediately start preparing my drink. A girl couldn’t ask for anything more.

This place was great to me, even during frappé happy hour! The guy at the cash register was not only nice to me, but every prior and subsequent customer as well! They were obviously busy since happy hour just hit, and they have a drive-​thru, but they were all handling it like big bosses! The place was clean, spacious, and I know they make me want to come back in.

Typical Starbucks gets an average 3-​star review, but the b.s. that this troupe of baristas puts up with boosts them to admirable. In short, you’ve got standard Starbucks, but also a team that is dealing very well with a high-​traffic zone just outside of Richmond and off of 95. And some of these customers today had some mega-​stupid orders along with a half dozen gift cards to shuffle through, holding up the line.
Bravo to this team for not losing their s***, because lord knows I would.
Good service + drive through if you don’t like to unglue yourself from your seat

It is your typical Starbucks that I visit at least once a week. Great group of baristas that are always friendly and prompt. Only once did they gey a order wrong (got the wrong drink) they quickly corrected it and gave me a voucher for a free drink. Love my iced coffee

Looking for your caffeine fix while burning up the highway?
This place is the perfect stop! It’s right off the highway, the staff was all very pleasant and above everything else it’s so clean! There’s not really much more you can ask for from a Starbucks!
I was in and out in 5 minutes tops! If I’m in Richmond or traveling I’d come back here!

As far as the coffee goes, it’s standard Starbucks, which is good. My issue, however, is that the service at the Chester location is so hit or miss. Especially if you order inside. There have been way too many experiences there where I had to wait close to 10 minutes for a drink, watching three or four people that had ordered after me get their drinks.
Their drive-​through is a lot more efficient. I’ve waited behind a line of 8 or 9 cars and had faster services than going inside to order. They tend to keep it moving.
The people working the drive-​through also typically appear nicer than the indoor staff.

Sometimes a hit & miss at this store… not consistent service and correct/​enjoyable beverage. Once again missed the strawberries and cream for granddaughter, who doesn’t like the whip. Are they not listening? Then the staff cocks an attitude, by just removing the whip with a big spoon. Not a good impression for an 8 year old. Maybe I should visit another store instead?

Stopped here after lunch. This location is conveniently located off Route 95. The bathrooms were clean. I must picked up my normal Starbucks chow, a venti coffee and a morning bun. Both the coffee and morning bun were what you would expect from any Starbucks. 4 stars for being consistent with every other Starbucks I’ve been to.

The staff has no personality just look like robots and lack of customer friendly i sometimes get a scoop of protein powder and it isn’t stirred enough and i have chunks of powder floating in it, i made the mistake once of returning it and i still got the same result with an attitude to go with it .geez

Now I needed a caffeine fix as I didn’t have time to make some at home. I’m not a big fan of Starbucks but I need them this morning. And they did a damn good job, a large dark roast black coffee. The coffee had a full flavor with a little bark to it, just what I needed. The part I don’t like is the price they run higher than the other establishments. But it would have cost more to drive to a different place so I can’t complain to much. So If I’m caught in dire need again and no place to turn, I will return here to get my fix.

I like this Starbucks because it has a drive-​thru. Most of the time the drinks taste good and service is pretty decent. Once in a while my drink has tasted funky though, I think depending on the barista. But that’s a rarity.

Great stop and conveniently located on the corner with a drive-​thru! I got exactly what I expect from Starbucks: fast, happy employee, and a deliciously, pricey drink!

Woohoo! As good as it gets! is a bit over the top, tho i love me some Venti Mocha with whipped cream … but Yay! I’m a fan isn’t quite enough because the service at this particular Starbucks is Great … I’ve not been inside, only used the drive thru 10+ times. but the coffee has been perfect every time and the banana nut bread has been offered to me served warm ~ before I could ask! Fast service, nice people ~~ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Starbucks. Woohoo! As good as it gets! wins. :). i have opinions on 2 other SB’s in the area …
