The food here is not good unless it is fried and then it seems to give one indigestion. The only thing I really like at Captain D’s are the oysters. Three days ago on a Sunday I was there and the table in front of us was never cleaned and they were not busy at all. They used to take the trays and we would give a tip. Also, I asked for a half and half tea and got totally unsweetened. Do not want to revisit.

Service is extremely slow. No one should sit at the drive thru for 20 minutes just to order. They take one order at a time meaning they won’t take your order until the vehicle in front of you has their food and pulls out. The food is greasy and fish is overcooked. Not good. Also they leave items off of order just to have to go back to get them. Cannot believe this place is even open. Tear it down and make it a Zaxbys or a Popeyes and hire people that actually want to work because the fine employees at this Captain Ds sure doesn’t. Lazy.

I have to give this place a one for the way the people talk to you. I’ve worked fast food and I know it can get tiring, but at no point should you be taking deep breaths when a customer asks you a question.

It ain’t bad for the price, I try to stay away from the fried stuff and get the broiled. It’s good and quick.
