Second hand smoke is deadly to non smokers lungs. If you advertise available non smoking rooms and I prepay online, a total of 174.00AND you take my money, you better make damn sure you have smoke free rooms available. Ridiculous! Holiday Inn Express has really disappointed.

Fair. Comfortable beds. A bit loud in the hallways, but I can’t really blame that on fve hotel. Breakfast was just ok. It was fine, but next time I will probably choose the Marriott property next door or the Hampton Inn across the street. I think the Holiday Inn was a little too expensive for what it offered.

The price for the hot tub suite was pretty cheap and the hot tub was HUGE, and it had a lot of mirrors which was actually really nice. The room is a bit out dated but has a nice faux fireplace. Just make sure you check your room to make sure it has been thoroughly cleaned. I arrived around 7 pm(well after check in time so the room had PLENTY of time to be waned properly). I was told the room was ready, I walk in to find the room door wide open and the lights still on and water in the tub as well as a dirty cleaning towel sitting on the tub. I go back downstairs to the receptionist to alert her that I don’t think the room is ready and informed her of the towel and door being open. She goes to find out what’s going on and says the room is ready they just left the door open etc. so I go back upstairs and the dirty rag is STILL there and a long black hair is now on the tub as well. I go BACK downstairs pretty annoyed at this point because I feel like this tub hasn’t been cleaned properly and you can get tons of bacteria from not properly cleaning jacuzzis which I now don’t trust these maids to do since they can’t even pick up their dirty rags or notice hair or water in the tub. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I was back downstairs because they can’t do THEIR job efficiently. It’s late, I’m tired and had a hell of a week so my patience is running low. I informed the receptionist I’m going to leave for an hour and expect the room to be cleaned when I come back, she said she didn’t see the towel and got snotty about where it was located. I informed her it’s on the actual tub next to the folded towels, pretty hard to miss. I come back an hour later and the hair and towel has been removed but that’s about it. I further inspect the room to find toothpaste residue still on the sink, water rings still wet on the dresser and table like someone had just left. These tables aren’t even wiped down! At this point I cleaned the tub myself because it’s 9pm and these people clearly aren’t going to do it. So beware these maids obviously are lazy and don’t care and the management is no better. Def. Will not be staying here again, I’ve never stayed at a holiday inn express that was in such a state.

I travel frequently for business. I stay at Holiday Inn’s when I do. Most are cookie cutter and just fine. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the last year or so. Seems the bathroom vanity and door conflict with each other. I found it rather funny.

Stayed at this hotel on the drive from NYC to Orlando. It was very clean, inexpensive(I believe it was $ 69 a night), had WiFI and included breakfast(continental-ish). The beds, bedding and pillows were very confortable and it was right off the highway.
