The Store Manager and the associates are not knowledgeable of how their poor customer services affect the overall community. If you don't know something they need to consult with Verizon Technical Support who definitely is helpful. Recommend all find a new job because saying no, or being obtuse is bad business for Verizon and the community it's there to serve, sad. I will escalate the reports of this store to HQ NJ.

Being that I’m new to Verizon this was not a good first encounter. I walked into this branch to see how I would go about trading in my old phone and the process of combing my fios bill with my wireless. I literally was given the «I don’t know» and «I’m not sure response» and then I was given a sticky note with the 1800 number to call. Definitely not a friendly environment. Will not be returning to this location. I hope this place does not set the precedent for all Verizon stores.

If you’re with Verizon watch your bill and your data and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
If you’re thinking about coming to Verizon DO NOT DO IT, I promise you’ll regret it.

This is quite possible the worst store! We spent over 3.5 hours just trying to buy a phone and get started with Verizon. We had the newest employee he was trying so had but he couldn’t figure out how to transfer our phone numbers. He asked a team member and ultimately the manager for help. Both people blew him off.
The manager requested we come back another day!!! After waiting for over 3 hours I was leaving with my new phone that I had already paid for. The managers shift ended and he walked out of the store with no resolve for us.
The sales associate became so flustered it became clear that our new phones weren’t going to get activated. I called the 800 number and activated the phones myself and then was CHARGED 40 dollars per line by the store for activation– something that no one there could figure out how to do.
I said I wanted that money refunded or taken off my bill. I was supposed to have the manager call back. 2 weeks with no call back I followed up with 800 number
This was the worst store! I’m hoping there are better stores or I will be switching carriers because their customer service is awful!!!

I’ve have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 10 years almost all my family and friends have Verizon. It’s a little on the expensive side but you get really good service. It’s very rare I drop a call. This particular store can be busy but it just depends on when you go (recommend the morning time) the staff are pretty friendly for the most part

Even if you make an appointment they can’t keep it! They expect you to show up at the store, and sit and wait until they can get to you.
You are better off talking with someone online/​via telephone with Verizon directly and just pick up your items at this store, or have them shipped to your door. This is a much better experience than dealing with the people at this location.

I’ve been here several times as this is my go-​to Verizon store. Everyone here is pretty nice and go out of their way to provide you great customer service. Once you get inside, there’s someone to greet you and put your name in line to be serviced next. This location seems to get the brunt of people on busy days. I came here on a Saturday and a Monday (it was a holiday) and both days were packed with people. The wait times ranged form 40 minutes to an hour. There’s only so much you can do in a phone store to keep you from keeping bored. I ended up calling *611 to get my things straight. I say try calling Verizon first than try going into this store and fighting the crowd.

This is a busy store but they had plenty of sales people and the wait was short. The sales person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I found what I needed, he made sure I had my discounts, and I was on my way with my new phone. It was painless! :)
