Honestly, this would be a 1 star were it not for the waitress(I think it was Shelby) and our hot appetizers and my steak fries. From the food laden table(we arrived at opening so I know it is debris from previous night/day), the dirty appetizer plates and napkin to what could only be described as not cold and not warm(not even lukewarm) ribs this was a solid one star. The ribs did have good flavor but they tasted as if they were cooked another day and had it not been for the shredded meat that was thrown on top in some sauce the ribs wouldn’t have even been 2 steps down from lukewarm. The closer I got to the bone the colder they were. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was. My husband’s dinner(steak) wasn’t warm either. The only hot thing with our meals were my fries. This is why I don’t do chains. No accountability. This was a first and last time in for me. Nothing here warrants a return trip. Unless it’s my husband’s birthday(which yesterday was) and he is dying for another not hot steak. (Food must be really bad for me to not have taken a single picture).

My food was great! I’m giving 3 stars because my waiter was so so! I had to ask for refills and more bread. Took the waiter forever to bring my check and to go box. Overall my experience was good. One of my favorite steak houses

My husband had the 16 oz Ribeye w/broccoli and I had the ½ rack of Ribs with the butter corn. Both meals were very good. We also had the blooming onion as an app. The food was very good. The service was good except when the waitress dropped a menu on the floor then went to put it on the table. I’m not sure how she thought that was a good idea. Other than that, everything went well.

Texas roadhouse has delicious food, hands down. Every time I go I get the same thing, a 6 oz cooked medium well, a baked potato, and corn. Their baked potatoes are always fresh and I highly recommend adding cheese and bacon for an extra .99! As soon as the hostess is about to bring you to your table, they grab some delicious bread for you. Always fresh and the cinnamon butter that’s served with it is(You can always ask for more). The only thing I dislike about TR is there’s usually a wait. There is a barrel of peanuts you can snack on while waiting and you just throw the shells on the floor. Definitely worth the wait and they have a large room where people can sit on benches that surround the wall. Some nights, however, the whole room can be full, if it is you should expect over a 45 min wait. I would give 5 stars, but I ordered a strawberry lemonade one time and it was unmixed when I ordered it. You could see it was flavored from syrup that was on the bottom and it made it seem less satisfying.

3 stars because the food was good for the most part. I did send my steak back to lose some of the pink. Nothing wrong with pink. It’s a great color to coordinate with everything but my steak! We ordered off the early dinner menu that’s shaves $ 1.00 of certain menu items. The meals come with 2 sides and unlimited yummy rolls. Our waitress I felt didn’t give us her undivided attention. She always took the first thing we said and turned around. Either we were her last table(5 or 6 at night) or we were just a bother. We had to ask for everything from extra napkins(when a water got spilt) to real cloth napkins not cocktail napkins, to new water because it was spilt, more bread, more drink refills. The whole night was like that. Very disappointed in our experience at this location, not the food just service overall.

Great steak I’ve had a long time. We love the peanuts and the abundance of bread. The server was on top of things

Good place for steaks and burgers. Service has never been bad. It can get quite loud at times. Prices are about average for a steakhouse. Have never left hungry.

My cousin and fellow Unilocaler buddy, Kim P. celebrated her birthday here. We were a large group and it was understood that everyone in our party had to be there together at the same time to be seated. They do not reserve tables. Most of our party was there at 2 p.m. but we had to wait on a few others to show up. When your entire party is not present, you have to wait to be seated. For instance, you cannot say, «We have a group of 10 but only 8 are present. The other two we are waiting for are almost here.» That doesn’t matter. They will not seat you unless everyone is present and accounted for. I can understand that. It was crowded and this is a popular spot. They fill up fast and there tends to be a wait time to be seated. I’ve been here numerous times, so I understand their policy. After waiting 20 minutes or so for everyone to arrive, we were seated quickly once everyone in our party was present. Our waitress was friendly and fast. She quickly took down our drink orders and got them back to us right away. We were short one drink, but she was able to get that for us quickly. After placing our orders, it took less than 30 minutes for our food to arrive. I believe I received my appetizer in about 10 minutes and then my main course arrived about 15 minutes later. I am so grateful this restaurant offers a veggie plate! It was reasonably priced at 8.99 for four side items. This is a huge plus in my book! Why? Normally, many steak restaurants do not offer a veggie plate and I find myself ordering side items which could cost anywhere from 2.99 to 3.99 or more for each side item. That’s so aggravating! Thankfully, Texas Roadhouse got it right and looked out for the vegetarian folks out there who do dine in steak houses with their meat eating friends and family. I really appreciate that. The side items I selected were well seasoned and delicious. I was very pleased. Oh, the rolls are spectacular!!!

Great service as always but the food is slipping. The size and quality of the preparation has went downhill from there standards from my past experiences

I found the fake southern accent of the prerecorded voice menu idiotic and corny. Had it not been for that I would have had no clue that the steak and cold«beeeeeer» were Texas authentic.

We stopped in for dinner while visiting family for the week. I had the Fried Catfish. It was delicious. Three good size pieces of sweat juicy fish with a very light crispy crust. There was a dipping sauce which was very good. My husband had a sirloin steak. He said it was very good. We were there on a Monday at 5:00 pm. Waitress was good and made sure our drinks were always filled. Food took a bit more time than expected for a Monday but was worth the wait. The restaurant could use a bit of cleaning and perking up attention. All and all, everyone loved the food.

We came for dinner with a group of 9, meeting out of state family. It was busy so there was a slight wait. The food was good. The service was good, professional. I would recommend this place for a group such as ours. The noise level was a little high but we were able to visit just fine. It was a good reunion dinner.

Overall a good Friday night date night. The boyfriend was in the mood for a good steak. This place was packed of course but that’s alright. They have plenty of space and seating for people to wait. They provide peanuts to snack on while you wait and they are all over the floor. Big you have a peanut allergy do not come here. If not its always fun tossing peanut guts to the ground. They told us 15 – 25 min wait and handed us a pager. I don’t think it was anymore than 15 minutes. We were seated and given super fresh hot bread with a yummy cinnamon butter. The bread has a slight sweetness to it as well. Our server Sam greeted up quickly and took our orders. We always ask for a lot of lemons for our tea and water. My guy wanted extra extra butter and extra ice, pretty much extra everything! Our server joked with us and laughed easily. She was amazing and fun and completely accommodating. She brought everything we asked for and never forgot us. I always eat Ribeye cause in my opinion it is the only cut to bother with. The flavor and tenderness was awesome. It was cooked perfect of course. The green beans say they are fresh but they really are too soft for my liking. I like my green beans long and snappy! But they had great flavor. The mushrooms are fantastic here! Get them added to your steak, you won’t regret it. 45 $ bucks for two good steaks and great time, totally worth it.

I had a really good Country Fried steak, green beans and mashed potatoes. The steak was huge, not so much for the sides. I sat at the bar sine it was rather crowded, that way there was no waiting in line. My server was friendly and efficient and I would go back.

I LOVE(well loved) Texas Roadhouse. I have always thought of it as a consistently good quality chain steakhouse. I’ve dined at locations all over the United States and Dubai, and have NEVER received service or food quality as I did on my last visit. My party totaled 5, and we were seated pretty promptly on a weeknight. Upon being seated, we were notified that the bread machine was broken, and they were working on getting it fixed. Our server was slow to come to the table, slow to process drink/appetizer orders, and non existent to provide refills. 2 of the orders got mixed up. My rare steak showed up with cheese, and a friends was the wrong cut/size. She took both back to the kitchen and they put cheese on my steak and gave it to him, leaving me to wait for my rare 16oz ribeye. Rare. When I ordered, I specifically asked for«rare» and not«blood rare». The server’s comment: «let’s just see what comes out». I was floored. 25 minutes after everyone else got their food, mine arrived. Blood rare. Barely charred, but somehow dry as the Sahara. By this point, I was embarrassed to make my party wait any longer(they’ve finished their meals quite some time ago) so I reluctantly choked down ½ of the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. It’s disheartening that the management, and staff would allow such a horrible representation of a business operate in this manner. Upper management would be wise to make a surprise visit and get this shit straight. I for one, will take my chain steakhouse business elsewhere.

Lots of bubbly girls and meat(as in steaks) on display when you walk in. 12 oz ribeye, medium well with blue cheese chunks melted on top… no sauce, no salt/pepper. Cut and put in your mouth. Guaranteed your reaction will sound like«Sweet Fancy Moses!» I’m sure I ordered a side, but I forgot about it. Lady named Jess was our server. She was a real life sunbeam that enjoys her work — I’d almost adopt her, buy her a pony, and put her through college… Cinnamon butter on rolls. I ate several. I put on about 10 pounds immediately and still felt good. Whats that? The salad and chicken are not as good as your mom makes? I don’t mean to be the master of the obvious, but you’re in a steak house, Amigo. I don’t expect«Souper Salad» to serve-up a delicious New York Strip or «El Pollo Loco» to make artful and garden fresh Caesar Salads. I’m here to walk on peanut shells and eat meat. Intentionally. Why are you reading Unilocal reviews on TRH anyway? It’s not that hard — don’t nuke it. Get your tail in there and dig in!

I have no complaints and I was very surprised at how great everything tasted based on the previous reviews I’ve read. I took advantage of their special of a 10 oz sirloin with 2 sides for 9.99. The sirloin was grilled to a perfect medium rare and had so much flavor I didn’t need any steak sauce. I had a side of sweet potato which was very soft but still great as well as a side salad. One comment I will make, the waiters to a «great» job at asking you for your preference of salad and potato topping and not mentioning that it costs extra. Example, I got all my salad toppings on the side but cheese was extra. But its easily forgotten about due to the endless about of bread and butter they offer, which I tried to limit myself too but it too tasty to resist.

If I could give this place ½ star I would. A few things happened during our visit which were inconvenient, but forgivable since we arrived exactly when it opened one Sunday morning. Like the fact that we didn’t receive any bread until after we had been eating our meals for about 10 minutes. But the quality of food was awful. The salad was more cheese than anything, and I ended up leaving most of it on my plate. I ordered the chicken and I swear it must have been leftover from the night before. The skin was a pasty yellow and it was wrinkled and drawing away from the meat. It was also dry and and chewy. Turning into a pasty mush as I chewed it. The one saving grace for this place was the rolls. They were great, but spending $ 80 bucks for rolls is not in our budget… This was the second time we’ve visited this particular site and we’ll never go again.

This place really knows it’s steaks. The service here is fast and friendly and the price is right in line with what I feel is fair for what they offer. I arrived at this particular Steakhouse and ordered the basic meal, with an appetizer of their delicious chili with cheese(didn’t feel like onions though today). As always the chili was delicious, I don’t know how they do it but it’s on a whole other level of greatness. For my main entrée I ordered a 16 ounce sirloin with a baked potato and butter and sour cream with a side of sauteed onions and mushrooms, Oh and of course the token order of veggies to make me feel better about eating such crazy amounts of cholesterol laden food, LOL. The steak was cooked perfectly and everything tasted great, even the veggies. This place only does not get a 5 star based on the fact that I know there are 5 star steakhouses that are better, such as Ruth Chris’ steakhouse. So it’s only for that reason I reserve my 5 star rating for them. However, those types of steak houses require you to get all dressed up(ugh), don’t allow you to throw peanuts on the floor and cost three times as much.
