This is my all time favorite Starbucks! Nice staff, super fast service, and the drinks are always right! Seriously I used to live in the apartments across the street and they knew my name and order. Love this place for working on my computer or just hanging out with friends.

What can I say other than I love Starbucks. I’m at a Starbucks somewhere a few times a week. I’m not a coffee drinker. I mostly go there for the banana walnut bread.

I am just leaving this Starbucks. I ordered the same thing as I always do, grande 6 pump white chocolate mocha with soy milk, 2 shots of espresso, no whip. The woman at the registered was very nice. As I was waiting on my drink the last lady(short with brown straight hair) fixing my drink was talking to some other patrons, who may have been her friends. She made my drink, right away I noticed my cup was about half empty. Again, I order this drink all the time. I stood there where I picked up drink for about 10 minutes. This lady(with brown straight hair) continued to make everyone’s drink. Not once did she acknowledged the fact that I am still standing there. After about 5 people that she made drinks for I had to say something to her about my drink. She gave me a snarky attitude as if I was interrupting her and her conversations with the other patrons. Working in the customer service industry, it is expected to receive a certain level of service especially when you pay for it. My suggestion to that young lady is 1. Look at people when you talk to them. 2. Proactively ask your customers if they need anything when you see that they haven’t left your counter. 3. Be professional. Don’t allow distractions from your friends or guests cause you to provide subpar service to others The only reason that I even give it 2 stars is because, I will always like Starbucks.

Have to change my Unilocal.Last time I visited this place received 1 star. My experience today has hands down 5 Star service. The manager Shirley was excellent at the register. She knew the names of several customers and remembered my name when I returned to the register to place another order. To top it off Allison the barista was equally as pleasant. She talked with a smile and gave well wishes to customers as they left. This is the service I have known Starbucks to provide in the past. This time they got it right. All associates should model the behaviors of Shirley and Allison. Great job today ladies.

Love Starbucks of course! Sometimes I make my own frapp white choc mocha with extra flavor and a Carmel drizzle!!! I love their new smores frapp and the cocoa cluster is another excellent choice. Starbucks is a great example of a franchise that tends to always emphasize customer service. We customers thank u for it!

Great experience today! Ordered an iced coffee and a plain bagel with butter. The store was crazy but the baristas were amazingly professional and calm as always. The store is clean and I love seeing the store manager working the register, cleaning the counter, just helping wherever the store needs.

I am giving this Starbucks five stars, despite the fact that the women’s bathroom didn’t have any soap and half of the lights on the light fixture above my table were out. I am giving this Starbucks five stars because the customer service at this location is top-notch! A welcoming thought, since my job is just up the street.

Cute standard Starbucks. Popped in after dinner for a coffee to enjoy as dessert. Service was the standard great, even this late in the evening. Good to see.

I’ve been coming here for years and I like the atmosphere and customer service. But the past several months the quality of the WiFi has become increasingly worse. As I write this review on 1÷3÷15, my connection speed is 0.13 Mbps download and 0.27 Mbps upload. This location is still using AT&T WiFi while many of the other Starbucks in area are on Google WiFi which is much faster and more reliable. I hope this changes soon, for now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to this location a few times over the years, but it’s been a while. Location is great right off of Greenbrier Parkway and I64 across from the mall. This location does not have a drive thru, so be mindful of this. Plenty of parking in the lot this Saturday morning when picking up my standard order of a White Chocolate Mocha. Disappointing to see the parking area and sidewalk littered at 8AM. Big no, no for me. A few tables are outside. Quite a few customers where enjoying a cup inside, but no wait was a welcome surprise. Some tables not in use were dirty, but merchandise was orderly. The self serve creamer/sugar bar was a mess on top and underneath worse. Order taken and completed without incident. Service was on par and I thought it tasted above par. I would come back, but hope they clean up there act or I will downgrade on an update.

Great staff and quick service. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded most of the time. Not always ideal if you’re looking for a quieter environment to study. Great place for meetings though!

While I am not a Starbucks coffee fan(don’t hate me.) their cheese, almonds, apple and cracker to go pack is perfect for healthy airport eating!

I don’t usually review a Starbucks, but I took the time to question my barista and he was so informative. Great customer service! And delicious Passion Fruit iced tea.

This Starbucks makes great macchiatos & frapuccino. Sometimes I’ve gone to Starbucks where the frapps are water down but this place gives a good consistency. Still the drinks are hit and miss. I don’t think I’ve gone to one solid Starbucks where the drinks are always right on point. Bummer this location doesn’t have a drive thru but sitting outside on a nice day is cool. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am not a big coffee drinker, but I love going to Starbucks. Typically, on the occasion that I do drink coffee, I’d like it to be filled with flavor so of course this is the perfect place to go. There’s a variety of items that can be found on their menu, as well as having the option to custom make your own. Aside from coffee, there’s the choice of tea, smoothies, etc. They have also have food and pastries to choose from. When I need a quick breakfast, I love picking up a parfait or protein box(egg, cheese, fruit, peanut butter). Their wraps/sandwiches are also good. As for location, this is one of the nicer ones I’ve been too. Service is usually prompt, and there’s never been a mix up with my order. It could also be the fact I go at the right time.

Starbucks is Starbucks — very little difference between locations. Same drinks, same foods. One might have a drive through while another does not. What impressed me about this location is the service. Super friendly baristas and drinks made quickly even with the long lines. I noticed a number of regulars walk in and the baristas greeted them by name. Nice touch. Parking is fairly easy as long as you are not looking for a space right up front. My salted caramel mocha might have tasted just a bit better than other locations — or maybe it was just because it was delivered with a smile.

The funny thing about this Starbucks is that it was the first location that I used to frequent regularly before I latched onto Unilocal.I’ve since moved on to other locations but this particular one holds sentimental value because it was my watering hole back in the day when I was going through a tough period and time in my life. But with that said, I can’t let personal sentiment stand in the way of a thorough review. Nestled in the heart if Greenbrier this is one of the busier Starbucks in the entire metro area that I’ve seen. As such, parking can be challenging and quite treacherous. See, there’s this weird access point coming off of Eden Way that turns into the strip mall of shops. It forms a strange intersection but there’s no stop sign or traffic marking(s) to tell drivers who has the right of way. Hence, all these drivers that somehow passed the drivers test are barreling around clueless. Factor in a degree of texting, pedestrians and inattentive drivers and — viola — I present to you what I have affectionately dubbed the«Wal-Mart parking lot factor», except, you’re at Starbucks. Depending on the time of day you go dictates the level of traffic ratchetness you’ll experience. Keep your eyes and ears on a swivel and you should be fine. Hmm, okay got that part out the way, what else? Oh yeah! The inside is nice. They’ve redecorated the place from when I used to frequent back in the day making it LESS functional in my opinion. They have these bar stool like tables that run along the glass window portion of the store as I personally prefer the comfort of the table and chair. But that’s my own personal hang up. There’s the standard«cozy corner» setup immediately to the right of the door as you walk in. Along the right side wall is a line of tables and chairs, about three sets and then there’s this huge, long 16th century Martha Stewart Collection King Louis XIV dinner table that is tucked in the corner. *Scratches head* But why though??? I mean if Starbucks served stuffed turkey and stuffing it’d make sense but as it is I’m expecting a jester to pop out from behind the counter and then tap on table yelling, «Hear Ye! Hear Ye!» Smh. But please, don’t mind me or my meandering thoughts. Starbucks is MASSIVE so clearly I’m in the minority and have no clue about 15th century interior design. The service is good. There’s a very attentive, patient and talented crew of baristas that will hook you up quick, fast and in a hurry. And drink quality is exquisite. They are very well managed so kudos to the team at this site. Hold up, let’s just get back to this table for a second because its really bothering me… So here you have this huge thanksgiving dinner table in your store right? But then why is it that you barely have enough electrical outlets to accommodate your customers need to plug in? My iPhone needed to be charged so I sat at the head of this monstrosity and attempted to plug in my charger while I sipped my Pumpkin Spice. Lo and behold the outlet was too loose to fit into(I would share what I «dubbed» this outlet but I’ll keep this review tasteful). When I looked around the table for another outlet it was located at the opposite end where some Dungeons and Dragons playing looking dude had all this equipment plugged up including what looked like a friggin’ toaster! Ummm, yeah, I guess he lives here? But all of the other outlet receptacles were occupied so I was left with a dying phone. Smh Okay, there. I feel better. Got that off my chest now let me wrap this up… There’s ample area outside in front of the store for seating including an awning to keep you dry from a light downpour. There isn’t a drive thru at this location so the place will be hopping during certain times from all of the foot traffic. I’ll be keeping an eye on and testing out that electrical outlet to see if they fix or replace it. Outside of the thanksgiving table, I find this to be a good Starbucks experience. Your experience may vary.

Um, im not sure its fair for me to talk about their food/drink. In my experience, starbucks is same everywhere– food & beverage wise. What makes them unique is their ability to make their shop look different– given all the staple furniture and wall décor they all have to put up & ofcourse the staff and cleanliness. I really liked this starbucks. The staff was SUPERNICE. I asked for something warm but didnt want to get the generic coffee i tend to get, so miss barista made made me my first ever chai latte… and now im hooked. She was super sweet and told me that if i didnt like it, that she would just make me something different. I REALLYLOVE it when people go above and beyond, and she definitely did. 5 stars to her(i wish i remembered her name :(. stupid me) Location– Its located in a strip mall close to a bar and other random shops. I think its really well placed because there are no other coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. there is a panera– but its half mile or so away. Décor– the usual. I really liked the seating– there are two couches that were occupied by 2 pregnant ladies when i was there(it was a cute sight!) and the tables/chairs are well spaced out away from each other. The floors were clean, the«bar» was being stocked and cleaned constantly. My only issue was the noise level, it got really loud in there by 6 or so. Also, even though i like the seating arrangement, i think its a really small location and can only seat about 20 or so. Oh, if u are coming here to study like i was, you might want to note that there are very few outlets. Overall, if i am in the area, ill return :)
