HouseMaster Home Inspections of Chesapeake

Although we haven’t yet closed on our home, today was our home inspection. It can be nerve racking anticipating what an inspector may find.
John (The Owner) conducted my inspection. Upon arriving (they were early!) he was already on the roof doing his part. He was very courteous and welcoming. He gave me a great detailed binder where I could take my own notes, what the inspection includes, and things to think about afterwards.
After the inspection he did a really good job explaining things and even though he had another inspection after mine he took his time and didn’t rush. He made some suggestions on things i may want to ask for when going back to the bidding table.
As far as the actual report, it’s flawless. Including pictures and videos and is extremely detailed and thorough.
Overall it was a pleasant experience having John do our inspection. For our first home buying experience it was nice to have hired him and I would recommend him to anyone!

Why would someone who cut you off be so upset as to call you and «cuss» you out? Your story doesn’t make sense sir. You also have no idea when my inspection was or under what name the inspection was conducted. Thank you and have a great day.
