Went for a transmission flush and an oil change and could not have been happier with the service. I never felt hassled or talked into services I did not need. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Will be bringing the rest of my vehicles here for sure and also tell others to give them a try! A++

This place is terrible! The customer service is seriously lacking. They address their paying customers as though they are prison inmates. I did not appreciate being blamed for their inept abilities to conduct a simple auto repair that I had to bring my car in for twice. If they would have fixed it correctly the first time it wouldn’t be an issue! I especially do not appreciate that the employee whom I spoke with was so disrespectful and vulgar with me when I was very patient and polite with him. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If I could post without a star I would!

Kyle has been amazing to work with throughout our entire Truck overhaul. Our truck is slightly challenging to work on since it is lifted on tractor trailer tires. Kyle had us come out and take a look at some of the problems that we didn’t even know existed. They broke down our quote with what were high priority issues and what was less important. This helped us to decide what we could afford to accomplish. They also offered a really nice military discount and have even been patient while I discussed the work with my husband oversees. I will never take our trucks anywhere else. No project is to big for them to handle!

Another fine establishment by Mike Knight, also owner of Champion of Chesapeake Auto Repair. Mike is honest, courtesy, and truly cares about his customers. His business ethic also reflects in his staff of mechanics. Great Bridge Auto and Transmission and Champion of Chesapeake are the only car shops for me.
