Not impressed! My last 3 visited have been horrible. They never have vanilla cream anymore which tells me they arnt making enough. Also when ordering the doughnut holes they often short me by as many as 10! The last time I was there I ordered in the drive through. When I got to the window they didn’t give me half my order and when I checked the box of doughnuts and realized 4 out of 6 were wrong I told them and they said oh well we are out of those so we gave you these… um yea NO! This all took over 10 minutes at the window on Valentine’s Day with a full drive through. I’m going to find s new place to go! Too many mistakes.

As some previous reviewers have stated, I used to visit here all the time with great customer service… now? Not only do I get coffee, but I get a side of attitude with it. Not sure what happened here over the past 3 years. Now, after reading a reviewer state that she saw someone spit in someone’s drink? I will NEVER go to this location again. Absolutely disgusting.

I am a regular here and enjoy the staff here. They are always nice to my kids when I go inside. Buy a reusable mug saves you $$$!!! Only thing I hate is my latte is never the same depending on who makes it somedays are definitely better than others. I do go early as doughnuts are not as fresh later in the day.

I wish I could leave one star. This has been our DD for 8 years, and I will NEVER return. Yesterday I saw an employee SPIT into the drive thru patron’s coffee. They have been going downhill for the last couple of years, but oh my God. I wish I could have caught the lady in the drive thru, but I was so flabbergasted. That’s a crime in Virginia, by the way. Two employees looked at the coffee, a male handed it his female coworker, she put it to her mouth, spit, smirked, and handed it back. Not enough Purell in the world.

I wrote an earlier review a few years back and this used to be my go-to Dunk location. Since then, employee have changed and the ones that used to be friendly, attentive to my order, and nice to my kids… have all long gone. Now we are left with a group of people that don’t really seem to care what is going on and that is evident in how they treat your order. I would say more often than not, they will get your order wrong. You can only put up with that so many times before you look elsewhere. When they do hand your order over, it looks as if they slapped it altogether in one hot mess. Coffee with sugar all of the side of the cup along with splattering of coffee. If I have to ask for napkin before handing the coffee over to me, that is poor customer service. My last rant about this location is to ask the question, why does it take almost twice as long to get serve inside the Dunks, rather than going through drive thru. They will bend over backwards to empty out the drive thru before they will serve the customer inside. This isn’t the only Dunks that does this and it frustrates me. I drink a lot of coffee and I would rank this location now at the bottom of the three Dunks that I often hit. Very disappointing since I used to be on a first name basis with many of the now gone employees. I hope that it improves but it proves to me that you can have a good product and have it ruined by poor employees that don’t really believe in the product.

I’ll tell you why this place gets rated DOWN. I’ve gone into this location a few times since I’m from out of town, and my parents are retired and living in the area. This location is hit and miss. Upon reading the reviews from previous customers, they’re right. The staff can be rude as all get-out. I experienced this yesterday going in for some coffee with my mom. She ordered first, and after getting her change back ALLINCOINS, she had made a comment about this as the cashier still had dollar BILLS. «You still got your change,» was the cashier’s response. Really?! I didn’t find out about THAT until my mom told me about it this morning, but I did, however, notice the particularly RUDE disposition of this person. Completely unnecessary for just a coffee run, and post knee surgery, mind you!!! I rather like their products, but even after having worked in public service/healthcare, you don’t always have to smile, but there’s definitely NO reason to be a punk @$$ when dealing with people. Keep your issues to yourself!

I’m from Mass, so obviously run on Dunkin. This is the worst Dunks EVER! The staff is rude, my coffee is always straight sugar and cream no matter how many times I ask for that not to happen, and I rarely am given the right order the first time. Going here usually takes at least 10 minutes in order to fix the screw ups. To make it worse, the employees are always annoyed when I complain. This place would be better off not existing, because it makes Dunkin look bad

I don’t know why so many folks are putting this place down. DD coffee is my fav and I live within walking distance to here so needless to say, I am here quite often. My family have a Sunday am ritual of DD and I usually stop in once during the week for coffee on my way in to work. No, this place is not a stellar DD, but they are really good here. The coffee and donuts taste just like any where else. I think the staff is really pleasant and nice… always talking to customers. If all you do is go through the drive up window, then expect drive up service. Remember Fred the Baker? He always had to «make the donuts.» If you go inside around 8 am, you’ll see the same group of citizens sitting here telling stories and passing jokes. Lines are long and business is booming here. This DD is in a working class neighborhood in the vicinity of lower income areas, so it is to be expected for some lower standards. But all in all, this place is pretty good!

Extremely disappointing. Every. Single. Time. I am an avid DD fan, but this particular DD is garbage compared to the one I used to frequent when I lived in Norfolk. I recently moved to this side of the water and am now forced to find a new coffee spot and this is definitely not it, nor will it ever be my spot. Despite this particular location’s tendency to disappoint, I figured I would give it one last try. First, the staff are rude. They rush you through the drive-thru and when you pull up to the window there’s no Chik Fil A, «how are you doing today ma’am?» or «good morning!» I got a cold stare and a hand hanging out of the drive-thru window that basically said, «pass me your credit card.» So, I figured the staff are mute. But then I overheard a good 75 cuss words before I drove off so I knew they could speak. Cussing about no coffee tops, cussing about the headsets, cussing that they had to be at work when it was supposed to be 90 degrees today, cussing that they should have called out. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no concern for the fact that the customer is sitting only feet away. Triflin’ and no offense, but the weather doesn’t really dictate whether you need to work or not to put food on your table. Unfortunately, we are all in the same boat, so suck it up and dress accordingly. Next, they asked me several times what I had ordered. I told them an iced coffee with a splash of cream and two Splenda. I get an iced latte with whipped cream practically thrown out of the window. When I informed the woman that this was not what I had ordered, she coldly stated, «yes it is!» Okay, well, typically iced coffee doesn’t look like milk and typically doesn’t come doused in whipped cream. I, again, informed her that I did not want whipped cream on my coffee, nor did I want it to taste like sugar milk. Unfortunately, she didn’t really care what I wanted because she continued to stick it out of the window. I then asked for a few ketchup packets for my hash browns and you would have thought I asked her to crush the tomatoes herself. I had started to lose my voice that morning and politely asked for a few napkins, as well, and since this was my ohh, fourth request maybe, she was not«feeling» me at this point. She condescendingly mocked my voice and had a very bulldog look on her face as she said, «can I get you anything else?». I then said, «nevermind, I give up» and pulled away. Not to my surprise, my chicken biscuit was burnt but cold. I only received about four burnt hash browns. Annnnd, my drink was definitely not an iced coffee and it certainly had sugar instead of Splenda because it was, in fact, an iced latte. I would highly recommend going out of your way to get coffee elsewhere. The staff are rude, trashy, and impatient. They also certainly don’t care about customer service. Extremely disappointing and dirty. Someone needs to rehaul that place and they need to start with their staff.

Great doughnuts. Don’t understand how they can run out if they are open until 9 pm. Don’t like their baking schedule.

Hmmm let’s see… how can I put this? This particular Dunkin Donuts was a disappointing experience for me. See what had happened was… I was attending a baseball tournament in the area but was having trouble«coming out of the gate» without some type of caffeine in my system so I stopped in here. Oops, my bad! I learned that day! I don’t think I’ll do that again. At least not at this location. The place was busy and jumping with plenty of activity as indicated by the lack of parking. But that’s no biggie as I was patient until one became available. As soon as I entered I was underwhelmed. I’m not saying the place is rundown but I’ve been conditioned to the likes of Starbucks and the resurgence of Krispy Kreme. THIS particular DD looked aged. The staff was robotic. I’d rather have place my order with a Navy Federal ATM. At least it would’ve had more personality than the kid who took my order. And another thing… why are there so many flies in here at 8:30 in the morning??? I saw flies zipping erratically back and forth as staff waved them off the donuts that were waiting to be bought. Dag! And I was hungry for one of those too… sigh. I like my donuts glazed but not by flies. I’ll pass. So I sat down at one of the only two tables in the place and realized that I hit thejackpot — there was an outlet for me to charge my phone. The«other» table didn’t have one. And to add insult to injury there was no wifi available. So this tells me DD wants you to get your coffee, your donuts and then get the hell on. Before I left I dipped into the bathroom. Again, it’s not even 9 in the morning and I’m wondering why the bathroom looks disheveled. I’ve seen some stores’ bathrooms being used by homeless people but I’m unaware of a homeless problem in the Churchland area. Strange. At least the coffee was good as it’s DD after all. But this location needs a change in management because the things I noticed can all be fixed for a better overall customer experience. Enter at your own risk. Plus, your experience may differ… but I doubt it.

This DD is seriously the pits. They can’t even pull it together on National Donut Day. They never ever get my order right. They never hear you over the drive thru speaker. They’re always out of everything. Every other munchkin is usually torn in half or ripped. I ordered a small latte and I got a small iced coffee in a medium cup filled halfway and no free donut. Then they had to reimburse me the 89 cents BACK onto the card. What a mess. I’ll just go to Farm Fresh and get Krispy Kreme donuts sold there than ever bother coming here again.

I am a regular here. I normally get a ice coffee and a muffin. The staff is always friendly and I normally don’t have to wait long. Now this is during the mid-morning on a weekday, so I can’t say anything about weekends.

Always have friendly service here. The staff seems to really go out of their way to make their customer happy! I had never bought a coffee drink from them and I was not sure what I would like. One of the staff took a few minutes and asked me what my taste preferences were(strong, chocolately, sweet, mellow, hot, cold etc) and he chose a drink based on that. He even adjusted the sweetness level so my drink would not be overly sweet. A+++ DELICIOUS! The donuts are pretty good, I prefer buying munchkins. I have yet to try their hot food so I cannot comment on that. My overall experience there has been positive the 3 times I have been with 3 different sets of staff
