Dillard’s

This location is pretty nice. The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well-​stocked, and the quality of their products is decent. They seem to have a good buyer as well which means more one stop shopping. I love the clearance racks, but you really do have to go frequently to get a good deal. I don’t usually have trouble finding shoes, a dress, makeup, or perfume. In fact, the girl at the makeup counter gave me samples recently when I went there. That is such a good sales tool and not too often done anymore.

This review is strictly on the bra department. The associates are friendly but you can tell they work on commission because they are aggressive. Be warned that they push Wacoal bras. They will swear up and down (and even attempt to show you the bra they are wearing) to convince you that its the best bra known to man, however it is also 80 dollars. When they fit you and have you put on that bra and you tell them you are not interested in purchasing it, then they are no longer interested in helping you.
I was happy that they were having a sale on their bras the weekend I was there and when I tried to get assistance from the saleswoman to narrow down my choices, she did not want to be bothered by me. I ultimately purchased 3 clearance bras that totaled up to the amount of the 1 full priced bra so the sales persons commission would have been the same. I will return to this store but will full awareness in knowing that help will be limited due to my bargain shopper mentality.

I made a quick stop to check out their tights and leggings. They had some great markdowns. I usually come here to visit their lingerie department. They are the only department store that I know of that carries my bra size as well as my daughters. Our sizes are hard to find. Most department stores carry extra large cup sizes with the large bands, but rarely will you find extra large cups with small bands. Try finding a 32G and a 30DD at Sears or Macy’s or JC Penny’s in a sports bra or support bra. You won’t! Dillard’s has it! Victoria Secret also carries this size but they do not have the type of sports and support bras that we need. I’ve also been to the Full Cup boutique but their prices are usually not in my price range.

I came here looking for a Coach cellphone case/​wallet and was upset to find that they didn’t have the color I was looking for. They had other colors but those colors just weren’t my taste. The sales lady was nice and apologetic that the store no longer had the color I wanted. She offered to show me other things that I may like and even went above and beyond to check inventory to see if there was one in the back or at a different location. I really appreciated that. The store was nice, clean and well organized.
