This place is really hit or miss. Last night was a miss. Our sever was very friendly, and very attentive. The food was a little slow coming out, but they were packed. We shared a pepperoni wood fire pizza. The crust was good, the sauce was just ok, the pepperoni were spicy. It was nothing to rave about. I had a Cesar salad and i love their Cesar dressing, but last night it tasted off. I had lasagne and crispy Parmesan chicken with arugula salad, and it was not good. The chicken was very bland, and the arugula salad was dressed in something I couldn’t identify. The lasagne taste like it had been frozen and microwaved. I have had different food from here in the past and loved it

Great Italian food! Their dishes compared to other Italian restraunts seem to pull ahead of the pack with flavor. I recently had their blackened chicken Parmesan then a week later had the same dish at Macaroni Grill and Carrabbas was more full and rich with flavor. Can’t go wrong, definitely check them out.

Love the décor… but the booths should have been built much taller to muffle all the chaos and noise about the restaurant. As for their«line cooked» foods Meh… The best part of the meal was the warm bread. App. s weren’t bad, but how do ya screw up calamari and muscles. right? The stuffed mushroom dealio on the«small plate» menu wasn’t bad, but too salty. I think a marinara sauce would have helped balance the meal. Overall. I wouldn’t return because I love quality, freshly prepared meals and Carrabba’s is just another corporate line shop. Amazing how many people have no clue today what Freshly prepared meals taste like. :( Namaste

I love this place. We have been going here for 10 years. Even though it’s a chain restaurant, the food and service is always fabulous.

This place has a great atmosphere. The staf is very friendly and the prices are reasonable for a little bit of a nicer place. The food is hit or miss. I usually get the lobster ravioli which is absolutely perfect! I am a Margherita pizza obsessed gal. I decided to try their Margherita pizza and it was not at all what I was expecting. It was basically just dough with a few tomatoes and basil and like 4 pieces of mozzarella. Everyrhing felt like an after thought. They have great happy hour deals ns the drinks are very tasty. Pasta is definitely more their strong point. If you like calamari they have a great dish. The house salad is one of my favorites.

Still five stars. I know it’s only been a couple of months since my initial review but after my visit tonight I just have to issue an update. We had about a twenty minute wait for a table tonight but once we were seated our server, Revels, took great care of us. We skipped apps and and went right to ordering. My wife went with her usual order of Chicken Bryan with Cavatappi Amatriciana pasta and the sausage & lentil soup. I asked Revels about the new Tuscan-grilled veal chop. He suggested it was the best thing on the menu and recommended the topping it with the gorgonzola sauce which he said he could put on the side since I hadn’t hadn’t previously had it. I went with his suggestion and selected the house salad and the Cavatappi Amatriciana pasta as my sides. Revels returned to the table immediately with their wonderful bread and herb-infused olive oil dipping sauce. As always it was very enjoyable. Our soup and salad were brought to the table in short order. I enjoyed my house salad with the creamy parmesan dressing while my wife really enjoyed her delicious sausage & lentil soup. After we finished our soup and salad our entrees were delivered to the table. As usual, my wife’s Chicken Bryan was fabulous with the chicken grilled perfectly. It was tender, moist and succulent. the pasta was excellent too. Now for my veal chop. It was grilled to a perfect medium rare and was nice and thick, over an inch. It was incredibly juicy and tender. I took one bite and was amazed at the incredible flavor. I put the gorgonzola sauce on top of the chop and took a second bite. The flavors just exploded in my mouth and I told my wife, «this may just be the most delicious piece of meat I’ve ever put in my mouth.» I was very happy I followed Revel’s recommendation. Having a 20% discount coupon made our meal even more enjoyable. Take the time to enroll in their Amici Club and they will email you special offers from time to time. I’ve gotten coupons for free appetizers, a free small plate and twice I have received the 20% discount coupons. It’s definitely worth your while to sign up for the club. I love Carrabba’s. I know it seems a bit out of the ordinary to give a five-star rating to a chain restaurant but honestly, every time I’ve visited I’ve had an awesome dining experience with amazing food prepared perfectly.

It’s better than Olive Garden. I wanted to eat at Pizzeria Bella Vista, but they were closed. My meal was 3.5 stars and the service was 2.5 stars. I had the filet with Gorgonzola sauce, spicy chicken soup, and Fettuccini Alfredo. My wife had ravioli stuffed with chicken and covered with a tomato cream sauce. Our server, Kyle, took out order promptly and didn’t interrupt us while we were eating which I appreciate. I did sit with an empty water glass for longer than I cared to, but that’s not why the service is 2.5. It’s because two or three of the other servers sat down at the table with someone they all knew. I’m sure they weren’t getting paid to socialize. I hadn’t been here in a long time. It will probably be a long time before I’m back because there are some really good, non-chain Italian restaurants in the area. Thanks for not being like Olive Garden.

I am so happy!!! The manager has revamped this location from ceiling to floor. New interior decoration and seating. Love the new lighting and expanded bar seating. We started with Blackberry Sangria and sweetened«just right» tea. Yummy! We enjoyed lettuce wraps as oir appetizer, followed by lentil soup and tomato caprese. Our entrée was a combination dinner called«The Johnny.» It consisted of Sirloin Marsala and Chicken Bryam with mashed potatoes. Cooled to perfection. So delicious. Our server was Kyle. He was fabulous. He knew his menu offerings, variations that were available that were not on the menu, and be aimed to please. He did not hover but he never missed a beat. Asj for him. He has life goals yhat are worthy of our support. The manager stopped by for a wonderful and spirited chat. He loves his restaurant and his staff. He spoke about the staff with passion and pride. He kept using the word team. Great manager with a beautiful, loving attitude. His attitude fills tha restaurant with a framily atmosphere. You will enjoy your meal. If you have not been here in awhile try them again. They have improved 100 percent.

I was pissed off a couple weeks ago and walked out of the restaurant because it was bust and the hosts and hostesses did not greets my husband and I. A couple walked in after us and when the host came back assisted them first. I was outraged so I walked out. So this rating is a combination of my last experience and the one a couple weeks ago. The second time, we called ahead and when we arrived we were greeted immediately. Our wait time was about 15 minutes, if that. The waitress was nice. I ordered a blackberry sangria which she suggested. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer. They were delicious! It was very sweet and fruity like I prefer. I ordered the shrimp weesie. It was good except the suave was a little watery but still really good. The shrimp were a good size and They werent stingy with the amount. My husband ordered the chipino(spelling). He enjoyed it! I ordered a tiramisu to go. And it was so good! My experience made up for my previous experience here. Everything was great! However I took two stars off for the bad service… well lack of service I received with my previous experience.

Oh, Carrabba’s. How I love you with your sourdough bread service and happy hour specials! We returned to Carrabba’s this week after my first and only dining experience several years ago. The only thing I remember from that experience was that it was a long wait, but the Pollo Rosa Maria was to die for! I tried the low carb, anti-meat, anti-Italian, anti-anything that tastes good diet for a long time so I was eager to return and try something I might not otherwise try to celebrate the welcome home of a dear friend. We arrived around 6:40 for a 7:00pm reservation. Being the Wednesday before Christmas, it was pretty busy but there was no wait for our table. We were seated right away as we awaited the rest of our party. Thank goodness for our prompt server, who informed us we were still in the midst of happy hour! Heaven knows, if I’m going to indulge in carbs, I’m going to need alcohol to forget about it. The men tried an order of the wood-fired wings. Other than being scorching hot and needing some cooling time, the remarks on flavor were positive. For entrees, we tried the lasagna, lobster ravioli and tuscan grilled chicken. Everything was delicious, but the lobster ravioli was insanely good. The sauce was light enough to let the flavors of the ravioli come through and portions were perfectly sized. The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive and prompt at anticipating our needs. We didn’t have the stomach room to try dessert, but maybe next time. I look forward to returning!

With a newly redecorated interior and all the old favorites on the menu Carabas remains a solid place to go we looking for a good meal. One thing that the redecoration didn’t fix was the incredibly small waiting area. People were quite literally standing shoulder to shoulder waiting on the tables. We were told that the problem was there wasn’t enough waiters so they couldn’t seat people even though there were empty tables. New items on the menu include small plate appetizers and regular sized appetizers. We tried the Italian chicken wings and they were very good with a great dipping sauce. Our friends had the shrimp scampi and it was delivered piping hot and was also very tasty. The main courses were delivered promptly and were well prepared and were more than enough that you could take some home. With the warm free bread, new appetizers and hearty staple menu items you can’t go wrong. It was a nice touch that they gave the appetizers to us for free as part of Veterans Day recognition.

We come here a few times a year and have never been dissapointed. The appetizers main course and deserts have always been good. Service has been just right. Probably like the bread and salad at OG better. Usually quiet and comfortable.

This is not a bad location. They made some updates to the seating area. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic for the most part. Bread is always served fresh. My family members have not been disappointed with the food here. The pastas are pretty good. I tried their Italian sandwich with a salad during the lunch special. I tried the steak sub with Marsala sauce during my last visit(Monday). I was very disappointed. There was too much Marsala and the sandwich was placed on the overflow of sauce, making the bread soggy. I had asked for medium well but the steak was medium rare to medium :-/ The bread also tasted burnt even though it did not appear to be very burnt. The house salad served was a little too soggy for my preferred taste. Would not recommend the subs. Also, pay attention to your checks. Our waitress added someone else’s lunch to our bill(it was not busy at all). When we informed our waitress about it she stated«oh yeah, I was trying to see the price difference…» ??? She wasn’t very clear as she walked away and left us confused– but we figured she added someone else’s lunch that was similar to one of the lunch specials amount that we ordered, but went ahead and still added another item. And forgot to take off the other customers… Overall, other menu items are pretty decent and staff is friendly most of the time.

This place would have gotten 5 starts but only gave them 4 because when we were seated no one came to check on us for 20 minutes and we have to get a whole new waiter which finally put in our drink order and gave us our bread. The food was amazing and I are all of mine and wished I had some left to take home. The waiter we got was super nice.

LUNCH! So glad they’ve decided to open for lunch! I always have a hard time deciding what to order. My favorites are the sirloin Marsala(with mashed potatoes) and the Mahi(with orzo). The pizza is great the sandwiches are awesome. But that sirloin, oh and that Mahi. Yum! Can’t believe someone would compare it to Olive Garden! That’s like comparing it to McDonalds!

Hmmm checking in with Unilocal allows me to sit here and see how long I have been sitting here waiting waiting for a server to take our orders. Drinks and bread have arrived but… Nice warm, fresh bread can only hold off grumbles for soo long. It has been awhile since I have been here. They have made some updates. Removed a booth from the front if it is going to be used for extra seating for waiting customers that would be a great idea. It’s hard to juggle kids outside or inside with minimal seating. Making waiting customers more comfortable in a larger more comfortable area is a win win. There are tall dividers in between the seating going long ways so you no longer are eating with neighbors you don’t know, but you may still get stares from that creepy kid from the seat in front of you. We were fortunate to catch up on their Monday Amore Deal, so starting as low as $ 12.99 you can have a choice select appetizer or dessert, soup or salad and an entrée. We order 3 meals off the Monday Deals and we’re pleased with what we had. The ravioli, wood grilled chicken and the shrimp and scallops. Of course we ended the meal with 3 plates of cannolis! Service picked up better after we got our food, our bread and drinks were refreshed regularly and dessert was brought in a timely manner.

Ugh I hate being conflicted with reviews! While the food is good I cannot dine in a dirty establishment. We walked in tonight and the hostess had trouble finding a table for us. It was not crowded, but it seems as every other table was dirty. Finally they found a table and we walked through the restaurant to that table. Along the way there were many tables that were empty that had old dirty plates and cups still waiting to be cleared. The carpet was equally dirty. Our table was slightly sticky and one of the wooden chairs had spilled water in it. Also the restaurant smelled honestly like someone’s feet – just not pleasant. At this point I’m just totally grossed out and ready to leave so we did. I have been to this location before about maybe a year or two ago and it was NOTHIHG like this. I don’t know if they are under new management or what. But they need to clean it up because what I witnessed tonight was just disgusting. I am not someone who wears white gloves when I go to restaurants and inspect for dust. However I believe presentation is everything and tonight this establishment did not present itself well. So because I know the food is good from a previous experience I have given it two stars. But if not for that experience it would be flat out one star.

The spiendino shrimp and scallops with a calamari app a Cesar salad and a nice glass of vino. I got angel hair pasta as a side and Cristy got asparagus so we shared. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She got paid. Our calamari was over done but we ate it anyway.

Carrabbas is cool but im more of an Olive garden fan. While their food is tasty… it just doesnt beat OG’s IMHO. The only reason I come to carrabbas every once in a while is for their complimentary bread & oil that stuff is A++ much better then OG breadsticks.

What does«please don’t sit us next to everyone else» mean to Carrabbas? It means sit you next to the ONLY other table in here. Stupid hostess! This review is only for the seating.

My wife and I continue to give this place chances and continue to be disappointed with service. The food is tasty, my go to is the Johnny Rocco salad. My wife chooses the Spiedino Di Mare. The chicken soup is a cut above the rest. The food is there saving grace and the only reason why they have a two star rating. This is not a review about long wait times and poor seating. I prefer to order online and pick up at the carryout area. So we arrive to pick up our food. The server comes to the car and ask our name. She then states we don’t have your order. Next question: what is your order number? My wife proceeds to give her the order number. The server doesn’t attempt to write the number down or go back into the restaurant to research the order. She then takes our order from the car. We wait another 45 minutes while everyone else drives up and get their orders. When our order comes out the receipt has the online order number we received when we placed the order a hour and 45 minutes ago. To top it off, when I get home there was no salad dressing for my salad. 2 stars just went to 1 star. Not to mention the appetizer was cold. Horrible experience.

To me this is far better than Olive Garden and though a chain restaurant, it has more of a home-cook taste. We came in for the $ 13 pasta with a free 2nd serving. They bring both of the same pastas out the same time so in essence you can share this meal, or have extra for dinner the next day. It comes with salad which their Caesar salad is the best! The bread and olive oil with pesto– my Fave! I got the scallion & scallop linguine with cream sauce, that was yummy! And my sister got the corkscrew sausage, green pepper, mushroom red sauce also yummy. The only thing is when you have left over they put it in a regular foam container so by the time I got home all the sauces spilled. urg! Overall, the few times I’ve been here it has been good for me and one of the better«Italian» restaurants around.
