Products are reasonably priced, but not worth being belittled and embarrassed by the white lady working there who looks like she’s supposed to be in charge. She made me feel like a thief even though I was just browsing the polishes, made me feel stupid for asking the prices, and embarrassed by shoving a shopping basket in my hands and telling in a haughty tone she doesn’t want me dropping them in the store. If CosmoProf replaces her, that store will surely receive more business because looking at the reviews for the past two years, she’s definitely the problem. She’s negative and looks down her nose at customers and made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant.

This is currently called cosmoprof, and I enjoy going there, however, I cannot listen to the short chubby white lady with the short butch haircut who is so outspoken to the point where it’s embarrassing and unprofessional to customers. The way she treats her coworkers also is very belittling and just nasty. Someone needs to report her because there are some nice and very helpful ladies that work there. I’m tired of hearing her belittle the lady with the wedge haircut. Treat people as you expect to be treated– learn some respect lady you are EMBARRASSING the company.
