Jacobs Music

My mom hired their piano tuner to come to her house to tune an old piano. When the tuner arrived he made no attempt to tune the piano. Instead he said that the bridge was cracked and that it would be impossible to tune and instead suggested that my mom buy a new piano from him. Despite being totally useless my mom still paid him for coming out to her house. It was a complete waste of time.
A few months later my mom met a piano tuner at church. He came over and tuned the piano. He explained that the piano would go back out of tune within a few months and that he would be back to retune it. A few months later he came over and retuned it. The end result… The piano plays well and stays in tune!
It turned out that my poor, elderly mother didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars of her retirement to buy a new piano from Jacobs! Jacobs music is really just a bunch of used car salesman. What a disgrace?! I’m sorry that I recommended them in the first place.
