This is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable eye glass place I have been to. I first went here when my 5 year old needed glasses. We were helped by Craig who was great with him and very nice. After this great experience, I have been going back ever since. I recently bought glasses for myself and my wife. Could not be happier.

The receptionist is sweet. Unfortunately, one of the staff was extremely rude, inappropriate, and offensive. It was the most degrading, humiliating, and unpleasant experience. When I asked if they had discounts, he replied «Are you going to buy ten? I have to make money to stay in business. So you can get it elsewhere or pay the price.» I will not be treated with such rude, arrogant, and disrespectful behavior when spending hundreds of dollars on glasses.

Very helpful staff. I did not even buy my glasses from them but they assisted me with fitment issues, and now my glasses are comfortable.

Walking to the front desk, I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful receptionist who is, I must say, very good at her job. She asked for my insurance and even looked up the coverage, etc. for all our options.
After a very short, about 7 min wait for my 6pm appointment, I was in the examination room. Dr. Hong was very quick, efficient, and thorough. I was out of there in no time and had my prescription for contacts and eyeglasses. I ordered my contacts right then and there. Prices are pretty reasonable, but I guess that depends on your insurance. Very quick (but not rushed service)
They offer appointments and have lots of options for frames. They have a room in the back where they have lots of machines, probably for adjusting the frames on site. The man who was helping out a woman with her glasses was very friendly and polite. I will probably come here if I ever end up getting glasses (I’m a contacts person).
Only downside is that the place is a bit… well…old. The chairs seem like they’ve been here since they opened, and the back machine room/​storage room is easy to see while walking to the examination room. Other than that, the place is pretty nice. There are magazines and some children’s toys in the waiting area. Pretty new magazines too it seems, which is nice.
