As much as I dislike Comcast and their customer service on the phone, this physical location does provide good customer service. The employees are attentive and pleasant for the few times I had to come here. I do not have anything negative to say about this location and the service provided. Note: Make sure you take a number on the machine on the left — according to your needs — because you could be waiting long time if you forgot to get a number.

This is an over all review of Comcast internet not specifically this service center. Internet sucks big balls. I upgraded to the faster signal and still have to turn wifi off on my phone to load web pages or video content. I unplug n reset my signal every day it it actually still sucks. Thanks for shitty internet Comcast if I switch to Verizon I’m sure I will get just as shitty service thanks for taking my money n sticking it to me.

This review is about Comcast Service ‚… NOT a Service Center A few weeks ago I received a letter from Comcast stating I had to change my Modem to keep up with new speeds. So once again I purchased what is considered(by bloggers) a good Modem a Zoom 5341J. Before I switched I tested my Up/Down Speeds they were 28.16 Download and 6.03 Up. After my switch, using the same test center service… WELL…I’m now getting 12.57 Download and still 6.03 Up. SOWHY did I need to buy another modem, Oh dah, to ½ the rate!

Ive been living in West tower for a year and a month. Overall the place is nice. Newly renovated apartments, balcony views(if you are level 10 and above), Concierge Is phenomenal, parking is easy and great, and the admenities are nice(theater, pool, game room, gym). Also electric is included in the price of the rent! That’s a huge bonus! I lived on floor 608 for a year and loved it minus the dog that lived next door and barked all day and night for 6 months. I, however, never complained though because I know it’s an apartment and things happen, though when downstairs complained, my dogs were getting the raft of it even though I explained to management many times that it wasn’t my dogs, even sent a video of the dog barking. I’ve noticed, that there are many dogs living in the building. Many to which are not registered to live there or even registered as a service dog. I then moved to the 13th floor. Moving was easy and concerige helped significantly! Can’t emphasize how much I love West towers Concergie! I would say, though, management needs to learn proper etiquette on how to talk to a paying resident. I know it was my fault letting my dog poop and not cleaning it ONE morning but when the lady called she called me «disgusting, rude, ignorant» and when I stated I did not like how she was talking to me, she then stated she«didn’t care». I mean I pay my rent in full, on time, and never complain about anyone, so was shocked to be spoken in such a disrespectful way. Other than those few things they could work on, I do love the place and continue to live here because it’s way better than any other apartments in Cherry hill.

TAMMY. If you go here and she’s there, get her. She will help you more than you’ve ever been helped by anyone at Comcast combined! We were there to return some of my Dad’s equipment to lower his bill. He started at almost $ 200, and after calling we got it down to $ 93. When we went up to Tammy, she did her thing on the computer(and entertained us, too!) and got it down to $ 81! She gave is her card and told us to call her for anything we need in the future and she will personally help us instead of having to call the 1 – 800 number. Tammy, you rock!

Nicest service center that I’ve been to when getting equipment replaced, in person questions, etc. Location is a little odd, but again, if you’re trying to choose a location to go to, consider this one.
