I brought my computer here after it sat for almost four days at a nearby repair shop without getting fixed (despite the guy telling me it was a one-​hour job… hmmm.) TCS quoted me a really reasonable rate (and honored it even though there were some complications), the dude was totally friendly and helpful, and I had my computer back later that day and working great. Wish I’d taken the dang thing there in the first place.
Their website is totally down, though– they might want to look into that ;-)
