I generally wouldn’t review something as corporate as a verizon store. This is different because of the consistent quality of service I have gotten there for about the past 6’ish years.
They helped me get a phone I was super-​happy with. I went in there tonight with the dumbest question about my phone and they made it an enjoyable experience. That is what is consistent. Every time I go there, I leave thinking «Damn, that’s good service.»

Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. I have been coming to this store for a few years, I actually go out of my way to come to this location for all my cellular/​mobile needs (I currently live in Jackson, MI).
Erik is the first person I talk to about any issues I may have with my phones, and he is more than happy to answer any questions that I have. I have even contacts him after hours with questions, and I am given quick responses.
