I have been renting from this location for more than 10 years! A couple of weekends ago, when I went to pick up a minivan for a shopping weekend, it was significantly smaller and was not going to work. Robert went above and beyond to contact other places and located a suitable van for us. He saved our weekend and really went out of his way to make it right. It was the difference between me taking my business somewhere else and I will stick with this company. Thank you Robert!

I rent a subcompact car there a few months back. I made a reservation online and then went their to pick the car. They gave me a car that with low gas warning on it, so I had to fill the tank myself first. The car was in a good shape. Only issue was that after a week without driving it, some of the wheels were actually stuck probably due to wet weather. Lucky, after a few tries, it worked again. Their GPS rent costed $ 10 per day. After I returned the car, they mistaken charged me some insurance fee that I never ticked but they refunded me for that eventually.

They are great. I had a bad experience with another enterprise that left me walking home. These people got me in a car with in minutes and even stayed open late for me to get there.

I had an awesome experience with this branch of Enterprise. As I didn’t have anyone to drive me up to their location, they offered to pick me and drop me off too.
They bumped me up from an economy car booking to a higher one without any increase in the rates. The car they gave me was almost new and very well maintained.
I had to extend the length of the rental beyond a week due to unpredictable circumstances and they gladly changed the rates from daily to weekly which saved me a lot of bucks.
I would definitely go back to them if I had to rent a car again.

I use rental vehicles several times a month all around the country. This Enterprise office is by far my favorite– they are always cheerful, friendly and very good at what they do.
Only once was there an issue with a car I picked up… some maintenance lights clicked on and wouldn’t go off. I called the office and the car was replaced immediately.
Enterprise also provides pick up and drop off service so I don’t need to leave a vehicle behind or organize a ride with friends or family.
Topflight and consistent customer service and quality vehicles keep me coming back.

I have to say I have always had an excellent experience with this location. I have unfortunately needed to use enterprise because of car work from accidents and they have been very accommodating, but I also just need to use them because of other car maintenance not associated with my insurance. They were very much accommodating, had a car for me when I needed it (on a same day notice), transportation from my car shop was available, and the price was right. I am happy to know this location is available when needed.

Would never use this Enterprise again. General manager didn’t honor quoted price and didn’t have the reserved class car available when I showed up to pick up the car I had reserved. Extremely rude and arrogant. They Could care less about customer service. Do not use these guys!!!
