How about no. Terrible experiences both times I’ve come here, once to shop around and once to try and sell clothing. They are EXTREMELY choosy about what they will accept, yet somehow all the clothes they sell are subpar and not very stylish and surprisingly somewhat worn. I’m not sure how they could justify snubbing nice, in season clothing from Express and Banana Republic, and then offering a laughable $ 6 on a brand new $ 150 express trench, but that’s their loss, not mine. Checking prices also made me chuckle, insanely overpriced for the quality of stock they hold here. I’d skip this place and just buy new or shop at goodwill, trust me you’ll have a better experience there for sure.

The quality of the clothing has declined since they moved to a bigger store. They used to be a lot pickier about their consignment brands, but their racks have items from places like JC Penny and Target and some items are worn or stained. The racks always seem to be overcrowded and sometimes unshoppable. The layout is very tight. Moving through the store is difficult and I feel like they aren’t up to fire codes. The floor also needs maintenance. It was not laid properly(it’s basically a large rubber-like sheet) and there are many areas that are a trip hazard throughout the store. The staff was cordial and pleasant, but if they’re the ones that sort through consignment items, they need more training on branding and quality. The thing I would suggest fixing the most is the clearance bins at the front of the store. Lined along the front window are overflowing, messy, chaotic plastic totes of clothes, shoes, and accessories. It’s the first thing you see before you even walk in the store. That eyesore could be a deterrent and they should at least make some sort of appealing window display. The prices are good, about what one would expect from a consignment shop. The store has a lot of potential and I do plan on revisiting, but there are a lot of improvements that could be made.

A horrible store. Very inexperienced staff who don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve brought high quality, gently used clothing(some with the tags still attached) and have been told my clothes are too worn, but many of their clothes and accessories have busted seems or busted zippers or stains. And I’ve seen very similar items and the same brands I would bring hanging for sell, but they’re not interested in what I have. No consistency on their criteria. Honestly, just a bunch of girls who don’t really understand clothing or fashion. Seems like management is more concerned having a cool or hip staff than a knowledgeable one. It also smells really bad.

nice clothes but you would probably get a better deal finding the item brand new on sale than what they have there prices set for. also i brought in a bag of clothes to sell and they made me wait 45 minuets before telling me they could not buy«any» items due to them finding«a bra» in the bag. what they called a bra was an insert padding to a dress that had fallen out!!! they then told me i could bring the items back in but i would have to wash it all first??? everything in the bag had been washed???

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. A lot of the clothes in their shop are stained or torn. Why would I pay boutique prices for goodwill quality? I’ve also found that the staff are not very friendly. I have given this place more than enough chances simply because the Franklin location I used to frequent was so excellent. I am giving up on this one now.

Sigh. I’ve always known their policy on shoes and accessories are final sale. However, this time I had picked out a cute bag, looked great, and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the handle was ripped on the inside. It looked like it was ready to fall off with a few wears. I immediately called the store, said I had just been there, and asked is there any way I could exchange or anything, I would even take store credit, but it was a firm no. They were nice about it, but I just think that system is kinda flawed.

Nice little operation here. The shopkeepers were friendly and helpful and although the space is rather tight, they keep the racks neat and organized. I found the inventory to be as advertised: mostly casual, contemporary pieces for teens and twentysomethings. They sell guys and gals clothes, but predominantly gals. I purchased a number of cute tops for around the $ 8 range and a couple of dresses in the $ 15 range. I also sold one piece and traded it for a sale. It’s clear they have to be discriminating about the kinds of clothes they buy. When they say brands that teens want, they really mean it. I had a box full of well-kept Ann Taylor clothes, but this was obviously outside of their scope. I will be sure to return to purchase more casual pieces in the future.
