Went here this weekend for a much needed pedicure. I made an appointment in advance, so I didn’t have to wait. I brought my own polish but they had a great selection of colors, gels, shellacs and all that stuff. I only ever polish, so I wouldn’t know anything about the rest. I opted for the 40-minute«rejuvenating» pedicure. It was wonderful and well worth the $ 40 price. Jessica was fabulous, took her time and made my toes look pretty, and I was SORELAXED. Definitely recommend this place. Ask for Jessica! There’s also a location in Northshore. I went to this location because it’s closer to my apartment.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advanve for my bridal party of 14. They told us to arrive at 930am(30 minutes from original opening time). We arrive at 925 and they are not open. So we waited… they opened at 945. No big deal because it was early. We all get inside an start picking out our colors and they start working on pedis here and Manis there. We thought since there were only 9 employees that they would finish us before they start working on walk ins. But no that was not the case. My mom, aunt and 2 sisters and I sat for almost 30 minutes in the middle of our pedicures so they could start working on the«walk-ins». They would not let a single person leave, but it was completly ok to let people who made appts 2 week in advance wait like we had all the time in the world. The pedicures were half a $$ honestly… as the bride she put the put the massage oil on and rubbed her hands on my legs twice and thats it… the oils soaked through my jeans… for my family, what should have been 30 min pedis were literally 15 min. If you plan on having your wedding party get their nails done here then think twice. they will rush through it or keep you waiting in the middle of your service. Very unprofessional! I am embarrassed to have booked appointments for my wedding party here, so many complaints from my aunts and cousins.

Not very busy shop, so it seems attitudes would be better to keep customers coming back… but that’s not the case. Also, there are tons of polish colors –if you don’t personally like, then keep it to yourself if your opinion was not requested.

Needed eyebrows done badly and happened to drive by this place. Fairly new. Nice inside but employees are lounging around in the spa chairs and it doesn’t look very professional at all. I wanted my eyebrows threaded and they pointed me to a back room where a girl asked me if I wanted tinting too. I said no, just the threading and she said oh I only do waxing. Not what I asked for I said. She said I have to get the other girl. Ok. Other girl was very pleasant and she did a good job. The cost was $ 15 for threading! I know threading isn’t very common here yet but $ 15 is way too much. $ 10 is appropriate here compared to the $ 5 you pay back home in SoCalif. Probably won’t come back.

Very Expensive for a gel manicure!!! And he didn’t even really give me the manicure part — didn’t file my nails, didn’t ask if I wanted them to be cut or made shorter — just buffed my nails and started painting away. Weird gel manicure experience. The nail polish does look good but I will update with how long it lasts after about a week or so.

Just went there for the first time today, and it was great. Had a gel manicure and it was perfect! This will definitely be my new place for manis/pedis! Hannah was great! Can’t wait to go back!

First time visiting this town from Atlanta, I took my girlfriend here in the afternoon. The salon just opened recently and they completely remodeled it(the owner himself did it according to his wife, who was taking care of her nails). I was sitting there waiting for her and did not want anyone to trim my nails. They still offered both of us a free cup of red wine. I got a free soda instead. I liked the designs on her nails: simple lines of paint but they look so soft and artistic. She enjoyed this upscale place a lot. We were also surprised that the total package of manicure, pedicure, and designs were much less than what we have in the local nail shops at home.
