We purchased a house that Patrick Construction was remodeling for the owner. We worked together with the owner to have Patrick Construction do a few things to the house, while he was there. Patrick construction really took advantage of the situation and jacked up his price. A hot water line that he installed was not working, and he refused to fix it. Though he charged much more to perform a few simple changes, he would not do the finishing trim & siding work. This guy is a crook. Don’t let him in your house. If he offers a «warranty,» it’s worth nothing.
