The customer service is deplorable! When our cabinets were installed we were to receive crown molding for the top cabinets. The installer stated that they did not know about the crown. I contacted A1 and I was told that the crown would be ordered and upon arrival, the installation would be set up. My wife and I have made several phone calls and authored many emails with no response on several occasions. When we do get a response, we are told that they are busy and that we will be called back later… Well its December and the cabinets were purchased in September. Buyer BEWARE!!!
