Great food from a great chef! This guy goes out of his way to make sure the food is great by using local sustainable food sources. I have eaten at the twice and each time it was great. Give it a try and you will find it is great!

Ate Nater’s for the first time this past weekend at the Chattanooga Market! I will for certain eat there again. Wife and I both got different BBQ pork sandwiches and they were out of this world good. Don’t pass up a chance to eat with Famous Nater!

When you see the truck begin to smile. If they have food left then game on. These folks get simply done flavors all together to create something wonderful. Have eaten off this truck maybe 10 times and each time is fantastic. The kimchee BBQ on a hot August day is a hoot but a cold beer kills it quick. Clean, friendly, creative and darn good food. Its fun to follow their facebook page too. Lots of cool pictures and comments. Don’t pass this truck by.

OK another food truck review I’m really glad the food trucks have come to Chattanooga. I hope this is a trend Chattanooga can support. It is really nice to attend an event and rather than having an assortment of carnival food, you can pick from a diverse assortment of food trucks with healthier and more inspired food. First off I am a bit wheat intolerant so when I get sandwiches I usually get them sans bread and so I have at Nater’s. For me to go to a sandwich truck repeatedly of my own free will speaks something about what the proprietor is doing. I’ll speak to two of the sandwiches I have enjoyed the best: roast turkey and roast beef. First on the turkey, it is unusual to have roasted breast that is so tender and so juicy without it being some highly processed deli meat. Nate’s turkey is obviously roasted and has that distinctly roasted flavor. And, unlike most roasted turkey you could eat this with absolutely no condiments. The roast beef has been my favorite sandwich to date. It came with caramelized onions and a slice of cheese. Again, just perfectly cooked meat that along with the onions and cheese was just a perfect combination of flavors. I easily could have eaten two of these sandwiches. If you want to know where Nater’s is going to be you can follow them on Facebook and you will get updates and also get to see behind the scenes what Nate is doing new or how he does what he does.
