Best cup of gas station coffee I’ve ever had. They can do a duo capacini in a second.

WOW!!! All i can say is that the food was amazing and fresh! My husband says the Tokyo Breakfast is a must, but I went the traditional route. The cheese grits were so creamy and delicious and the biscuits were amazing!

It’s quite possible to pass this place a hundred times and not know that it exists. Copacetic Coffee is housed within and works jointly with the Farmer’s Daughter restaurant. It would be a mistake to think that coffee is an afterthought in this symbiotic scheme. These folks brew delicious Velo coffee with a Synesso machine that is a work of art on its own. Furthermore, the baristas are serious about their craft and approach coffee with a genuine artisan philosophy. Scott and Andrew deserve particular praise for being super nice guys with incredible talent and appreciation for espresso. Go chat with them over a cortado.

Good coffee bar. This is the one shop that rivals Camphouse as far as barista expertise, and maybe even edges them on some days. Because copacetic is smaller, all of their baristas are really well trained and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is also really peaceful. I now visit this shop regularly.

Extremely high quality coffee tucked away in a cool area of Chattanooga. Can’t go wrong with an Americano here but their Almond Milk Latte is my personal favorite. The expresso machine they use(Synesso) is top notch and the baristas are incredibly skilled which makes for a great coffee experience. Friendly baristas and shared space with a great restaurant(Farmer’s Daughter) make this a great spot to read, work, or have a meeting.
