Made another trip to Chatta-Cakes today for two reasons. One was to get some great baked sweets. The other was to ask about the poster below. I asked them if I could post on Unilocal the «rest of the story.» They said, «Please, no.» OK, so I won’t. But I’ll say what I knew all along: Chatta-Cakes was 100% right.
I’m happy to see nice, talented people doing well. What an honor that the famous Federal Bake Shop is sending Chatta-Cakes business, since Federal doesn’t do tier cakes anymore. And Chatta-Cakes, besides blowing away last year’s total sales already this early in the year, is doing over 20 weddings in the last months of the year. I wish I could be invited to a few of them. ;)

I have ordered somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 cakes from this bakery. I have also ordered quite a few Carmel apples and assorted desserts. I use these items to market my business and have been thrilled with the quality, appearance, and taste of every item I have ordered. The owner has always been able to deliver top notch items even on the shortest of notice. I highly recommend this bakery, you will not be disappointed.

Used to be my favorite spot. I have ordered several cakes and treats from here. My last order was a red velvet cake with, you guessed it, cream cheese icing. We get it home, blow out bday candle and distribute the cake to our guests. Shocking to find that it was not CC but buttercream. I message the owner and she basically called me a liar, gave me three different stories (lies) and refused to have me bring back a cake to see for herself that it was in fact BC. I did bring it back anyways and they threw it up against the wall. After much drama on their end, i finely got a refund. She as well as be husband were extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go there again nor will I recommend them.
