This location is not doing Pizza Hutt any favors, it seems that there is no care for customers. I ordered for the first time for some guests about 3 months ago. After about 1 hour and a couple of calls later they told me the driver had gotten lost??! Really??? The driver finally made it over and the Pizza was very cold and did not taste good. I called it to make the manager aware and he apologized and said I would receive credit for my order and that on next time I could use that credit. I had some guests today and they wanted Pizza so I wanted to give these guys a second chance, first thing I get is that Delivery will be about 55 minutes or over an hour, I ask for pick up and mention the credit… The answer was«we don’t even have record of your phone number» really? I have had the same number for about 15 years… Completely disappointed of this place, due to this Pizza Hut has lost my business at other locations as well.

If only there were a zero star rating, I would give that instead to this Pizza Hut. I just moved to Chatsworth this week. We were unpacking and needed a quick bite to eat. We figured that we couldn’t go wrong with a known commodity like Pizza Hut. Boy, was I wrong! First off, when I walked in to pick up my order, the cashier was eating from behind the counter. After she rang me up, she didn’t tell me that(while my order said ready on the screen) it actually was not because they forgot to make the breadsticks for my order. So, I continued to wait for another ten minutes. Only when I asked her, she said, ‘oh we’re waiting on the breadsticks.’ I could hear talking to the other five workers(who were just standing around) that they forgot them. They were all eating chips and looking at their phones in the kitchen area. When my breadsticks were done, I finally got my order. However, at home, I realized she forgot the marinara for them. In addition, the pizza had gotten cold because it had been just sitting there while the breadsticks were baking. The pizza crust also seemed underdone. Just the worst Pizza Hut experience, and I for sure won’t be back. The health department should be called on this place for the lack of cleanliness of kitchen practices. Yuck!

Okay so we decided to call this place and order the pizza bc of there awesome crust we call in order the pizza ask for boneless wings the guy says okay. He said 30 minutes. The food came around and order was almost perfect except wrong wings not boneless not BBQ we called in to simply tell the person or boss or whomever that the wrong wings have been sent. He insisted that we were wrong and that we said regular. We absolutely said boneless and BBQ he instested they were regular and we are to blame. We said that we were sure we asked for boneless and said we will simply like to return the regular. As I tried to tell the guy on the phone to the correct direction to our house for the delivery driver ti save 15 minutes on finding us. He simply HUNGUPTHEPHONE!!! the stuff crust was great but the service was not so great. As we yet have to find out the outcome…

Used to order this place when I use to leave nearby this location. It was used to have really good deals, great pizza and excellent customer service. Then they changed managers and supervisors and got a new manager or supervisor and the pizza started becoming horrible and that manager was very rude. They started undercooking the pizza and every time we asked to make it hot the manager seemed very rude and replied the pizza is fine we cant cook it more. After that I switched to dominos. I remember large pizza from Pizza Hut was like $ 8 with 1 or 2 toppings. Now it’s $ 15. I don’t know why I can never use coupons here. But since last year this place sucks

Do the survey in back of your receipt to recieve 10 bucks off. This location does not have 2 items for $ 5 each or the any way you like it for 7 bucks… it’s on the front page of the pizza hut website but when you click on deals… it won’t allow you to order. Ordered a simple 3 topping pizza for delivery about a month ago. It was a Friday night, yes I understand it’s busy. I waited an hour and a half and my pizza delivery never came! I called them only to be put on hold for another 10 min, I am super frustrated and hungry at this point. They told me «your number was put in incorrectly. We thought u gave us a fake address. It’ll be another half an hour.» Horrid customer service. Didn’t even get an apology or a phone call to ask again what the address is. That’s their fault the person answering the phone can’t get an address correct and the proper thing would have to be sending me the pizza right away as a curtesy of me waiting for almost 2 hrs and no pizza, nor an apology. Told them to cancel my order. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Never again!

Their estimated wait time was 1 hour(I know this is for them to CYA) and the driver called me in 25 minutes and said he was out front. Pizza and wings were as ordered. No complaints and very easy to order online.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I work with adolescent boys and we wanted to order some pizzas to celebrate their graduation from our program. The driver showed up at a building about 75 yards away and called me to tell me he was here. I asked him to drive a little further up the street since I was supervising and was not able to leave the building. He absolutely refused. He told me he worked at Pizza Hut for seven years and has only ever delivered to one building. I told him tonight was a different situation. He again refused. I had no choice but to walk to him to pick up the pizzas. It’s a sad situation when you’re a delivery driver and you’re too incompetent to do the one job you were given. Called to complain and received no apology. Pizza was meh.

I came here as a walk-in to place an order for a Large regular pizza and hot wings. The service wasn’t great. Customer Service is the #1 priority for staying in business. While, I wait for the pizza I was told my pizza would be ready in 45 mins and few seconds after I placed my order someone else walks in and orders the same exact thing as me. Guess who got their order first? The person who came in after me! How Rude! They didn’t provide me with napkins, chili, or extra cheese. They just threw the pizza on the counter and didn’t say anything. Just imagine what they say about the customers who call in their orders. The reason for the three 3 stars… I love their pizza crust. Other than that this places needs a little improvement.
