MWO Food Truck

The food is delicious, no doubt about that! But whatever you do, do not book this truck to cater an event! They were totally overwhelmed and underprepared. They ran out of key ingredients, and many people were left waiting for over an hour for their food order to be prepared. Im not sure if this is a new business or what, but It was quite a disaster. I hope they learned from this, if they plan to cater any events in the near future. However, if you see this truck on the street, I would recommend stopping for a burger.

MWO is absolutely amazing and so delicious! They catered our rehearsal dinner and we got so many compliments on our decision to go the food truck route. We will most definitely be looking for a time to find them around the Charlottesville area the next time we’re in town!

Absolutely the best sliders I have had from a truck. The Spicy Whiskey Beef sliders would have impressed at any fine dining restaurant and would have been a step up from most of the specialty burger chains that are so popular.
Unlike other burger trucks that I have tried, MWO took into account not only the presentation & appearance, but also the temperature & taste as well as the texture & flavor balance. That is nearly impossible to find. The french fries did not look special, but they were cooked just right, also with the right temperature and just the right amount of seasoning. I would have gone back for more if they were not closing up. I hope to return soon!
Long story short, if I were Goldilocks, Mouth Wide Open’s Sliders are Baby Bear’s. Hmmm… now where can I find Baby Bear’s cozy bed to nap in? :-)
