Local pizza at its finest! What an easy stop for a lunch break or even a affordable date with your girl. The service is relatively quick, and the oldies they play on the radio station are the best. Grab a Cville magazine when you walk in the door and make yourself comfortable. My favorite pizza… spicy chicken and peppers, and the avocado tomato.

Pizza was great, crusty was crispy, very generous slices for 3.50. I really loved the pizza with avocado, tomatoes and feta cheese. Many varieties to try!

Build your own 16 inch pizza. Basic pizza $ 11, toppings $ 2 each, premium topping $ 4 each. Pizza came out hot from oven and crust was nicely crisp. I thought the pizza was excellent compared to many other pizzerias I ate at. You can also buy by the slice $ 4 of other pre-topped pizzas. Free parking in strip mall. Lunch can get a little crowded.

$ 11 for a whole 16 inch cheese pie is such a deal. I only had the cheese slice so I can’t speak for the many other options they had which sounded intriguing. But the cheese slice is solid. The crust is just right, NY style thin the way I like it. The sauce is tangy and sweet. Cheese itself is average as it gets. Served up by friendly strapping young pizza pie makers. Obviously a favorite amongst the locals as the place was bustling on a Sunday morning. Tucked away in a newish looking strip mall next to Giant, it is a clean and bright little joint. Is it the most amazing piece of pie ever? Not necessarily. Does it satisfy a hankering? Yep… it’ll do just fine.

Best salad dressing I have ever tasted!!! It’s homemade and it tastes like it!!! Pizza is very good, plenty of selections and varieties, thin crust with great tomato sauce !! Thank you Christian pizza !!

Good quality pizza, especially if you like thin crust. Not overloaded with cheese or overly greasy, and the toppings were plentiful. We just got two large pizzas, but the slices looked tasty — and reasonably priced — - as well. As a bonus, the tossed salad(which is merely a throw-away at many pizza joints) was large and contained numerous fresh veggies. This location of Christian’s is definitely less busy than the one near UVA, which is a plus for tourists and locals who want to avoid the crowds.

Awesome variety of toppings at a somewhat decent price. A favorite for a lot of late-night outings for good reason. The pizza slices are served really quickly and come out super crisp and tasty. It’s compared to Benny Deluca’s now a lot since Deluca’s just opened up, but I prefer Christian’s through and through. Christian’s knocks it out of the park with the different kinds of toppings you can get and they are all delicious. Not gonna lie, they sometimes come out on the oily side, but nothing a napkin dab can’t fix. The workers also deal with drunk people on a regular basis so they’re pretty patient people. Overall, a Cville staple of pizza and great place to hit up for a pizza craving.

I don’t see all the hype about it. The sauce was bland, and the pizza just doesn’t have flavor. I can see why it’s a drunken crowd favorite but any other time you’re better off elsewhere.

I liked it a lot. Came upon it by chance while visiting the area. Cute inside. Big selection of by the slice. I was really surprised at the low prices too. Under $ 8 for two huge slices with toppings and a fountain drink. Crust is thin but that’s how I like it so no complaints here.

I went in for lunch time to get a slice. The place was hoppin busy, so I was excited that this place must be good. I ordered a slice of chicken parm pizza, and a slice of white. Unfortunately the slices seemed overcooked or something because they were dryed out and crackery. The sauce was good, and the crust was pretty good flavor. I think if they can be careful not to overheat the slices it would be a good slice.

We stopped here looking for a quick but delicious bite in a town we didn’t know… definitely found that at Christian’s Pizza. This place is clearly a local favorite, with good reason. It is easily the best pizza I’ve ever eaten, and I live in the very«foodie» DC area. Whether you want to be on your way in 20 min or want to enjoy a longer meal, this is a great option. Also good for a casual date or a family meal with younger kids… I believe slices were between $ 2 – 5 per slice, depending on the toppings. They have everything from pepperoni(the best I’ve had), to really unique combinations. They are generous with toppings… chunks of chicken are a whole bite, as are mushrooms. The crust is thin and crunches when you bite it, having come straight from the oven… perfect. The«shake cheese» on the table is fresh, very finely shredded/grated parm… not the stuff you buy at the grocery store or get at a typical pizza joint. We will be back every time we pass by the area.

Ridiculously slow service. Called in a pizza and stood around for 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. I don’t care how good it is — which is not as good as a decade or two ago. Unacceptable. Won’t be back.

Excellent fast-food pizza. I had a calzone slice and a greek slice. This place is perfect for takeout. The place is small and I imagine it gets crowded at times.

I kept hearing good things about Christian’s but never really went until at least a month ago. When I first went up in there, I seen that they got an amazing and unique variety of pizzas. I got a slice of cheese pizza and the crust tasted like it had a cracker texture to it. The cheese and the sauce had an authentic Italian taste. The prices were cheap and very reasonable. Went there again not too long ago and tried one of their premium pizza slices like the chicken parm pizza, which also tasted pretty good. This place is good if you want great pizza but don’t to spend much.

Sometimes you’re just in the mood for pizza and Christians is perfect for satisfying the craving. I am not the type of person who eats plain pepperoni pizza. I like unique toppings on mine. Christian’s avocado, tomato and feta is one of my favorites! Their chicken parmesan pizza is good too! The best thing of all is that it’s cheap, good and fast!

My boyfriend and I stopped in this evening. We each grabbed a beer and sat up by the window as we waited for our pizza. It’s a fun little spot for some people watching. The staff was warm and welcoming. The dining area was casual, clean, and comfortable. The pizza was fantastic. The toppings were fresh and well proportioned without overdoing it. We were both surprised with our first slice. Instead of floppy, it’s firm. Instead of your teeth sinking in, there’s a crisp to the bite. I wouldn’t call it cracker crust because it’s not quite that thin or crunchy. Overall, a very positive experience. We’ll be back!

This review is hard to word because while I am sure this pizza is really good, it was not my cup of tea. The toppings and cheese were very fresh and good and the sauce was also very good. But the crust is hard as a cracker, but not thin enough to be ‘thin crust”. Though, I think if you love a crispy, crunchy crust, this pizza will be right up your alley!

This is the cities best pizza. It’s a really expensive option during lunch, and even the full pizzas for takeout/delivery aren’t too expensive. What I love most about this place is the quality of their pizzas. They aren’t greasy like other local places, it’s a much ‘dryer’ pizza, if that makes sense. They also have some really creative offerings, like ‘black bean avocado’ among others. Definitely one of Cvilles top picks.
