Always helpful, and the couple repairs they’ve handled for me were quick and inexpensive. I took an Oreck vacuum in for repair despite not being an Oreck dealer (the local dealer went out of business) they were able to order parts and fixed my vacuum for less than $ 40.

So, first of all, they have more than what the name implies. I purchased a really great and heavy duty carpet cleaner for $ 200 as well as a Miele vacuum. Both work great! And I know they’ll help me fix them if something happens. Can’t get that with a big box store. I also bought a large container of Dial hand soap for about the same price you can get it on Amazon (I checked). The staff was very helpful.

I am so grateful I found Charlottesville Sanitary Supply. My vacuum cleaned conked out and I was quoted $ 70 dollars at another store just to have it looked at. I took it in to Charlottesville Sanitary Supply and John not only fixed my vacuum on the spot (it needed a new belt) but showed me how to do it so I can fix it myself next time. Grand total $ 7.00! They were so nice and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough!
