Quite frankly, I don’t understand how there are so many bad reviews about this company on Unilocal.I have used them for a little over a year now, and I have had no bad run ins with them. I bought a king sized mattress, a couch, and a TV there. All of them are in very good condition. We used the delivery team for the couch and the tv. Both items arrived in outstanding condition. The sales team are very sweet. They can be pushy a little bit, but other than that it was a great experience. The credit rep we dealt with was extremely sweet, and worked with us a lot to make sure the payments fit our budget. I will definitely continue to do business with them. I hope others will give them a chance. Especially if your credit isn’t the best. :)

We bought a beautiful sectional grey couch with additional furniture. A week later it was deemed as backorder so we received it at a later date. The delivery team are true artists getting the furniture through tight spaces. The order was not complete but the delivery team went above and beyond to correct the mistake the same day.

Haven’t been there, but their TV advertisements enforce that. The most obnoxious (and loudest) ads on TV, period!
