This facility is clean and the staff is extremely nice. Caitlin did a deep bikini and stomach strip for me. She is fantastic!!! I will be back. Unfortunately she will be leaving soon. I have no doubt that there will be another staff member that can take care of me. The new manager is also fantastic! I had a great first experience and once again I will be back.

Went here for the first time yesterday. I had heard of them before & figured they are most likely a competitor to European Wax Center (just much cheaper). They offer a free service if you’ve never tried them so I figured «what the hell».
They had availability the same day when I called to make an appointment. The service on the the phone was lovely btw. Makes a HUGE difference when wanting to go somewhere. Walked in and was greeted immediately with a great voice and personality to match. Filled out my paperwork and off I went to get waxed. I decided on the free underarm (well didn’t decide, thought I was going to die if I didn’t get one stat. Well overdue). They use my favorite type of wax — –Hard Wax (no strips)! It always feels cleaner, faster, and gosh darn it I just love it.
Jontelle was just fast clean and wonderful. Thank you for the first experience to be fast, awesome, & free. Will definitely be going back here!!!
