80 degrees outside last night… my friends and I were wearing shorts… shorts. And Alex wouldn’t allow us to buy a table so we wanted to spend money and were dressed for the season and alex wouldn’t let us in. Thanks alex.

purchased vip table which we thought would be really special based on price, but the whole place is a bunch of «vip» tables. it was frustrating having to include our server in everything as she was the only one with a key to our bottles and who could make any drinks which wasn’t really what we thought it would be and had we known, would have chosen a different option or location. won’t be back. Not worth it.

I’ve been here twice both times during CIAA as I’m not big on the club scene for MANY reasons. However this recent visit for CIAA I attended with a group of people who had bottle service and tables(same for last CIAA) and the service was ok. My issue came with the bathroom and the Red Head table girl. I entered the restroom as there was a line which is expects so my girlfriend and I waited patiently for about 15minutes before making It to the front as we watched a door open my girlfriend began to approach the stall and her comes the red head who pushes her to the side and goes into the stall yelling I WORKHERE. I replied Okay, you could give a warning or something. She comes out and says«I don’t have to warn anyone I can do this». I was floored as I’ve never seen such disrespect from a employee to a consumer clearly standing with a gray VIP bracelet on who can discuss with the management and get you in trouble. Wait it gets better the management says its policy HUH??? So it’s policy to be rude and just talk to guest any type of way. Well with that being said I won’t be Back EVER.

So, a group of friends and I ATTEMPTED to go Suite to celebrate a birthday, after about 20 minutes of waiting in line, there was about 15 people ahead of our group in line and maybe another 10 or so behind us(mind you, at this time all the people in line are a minority of some sort); a white man with a green shirt and khaki pants comes out and approaches the line then tells everyone, «Hey guys, we’re currently at capacity and it may be over an hour before we can let anyone else in. I’d hate for you to spend all night in line.» The people behind us in line decided to walk away, then less than 5 minutes later 3 white women walk up behind us in line and the guy that JUST told us that«we’re currently at capacity» walks up to them and asks, «you’re on ‘the list’, right?», one of the girls responds, «what?» with a confused look so he repeats, «you’re on ‘the list’?» as he nods his head so she says, «sure» then he escorts them inside… Being as how the people ahead of us were all minorities and we too were a mixed group of black and Asians, were curious if the«capacity» just meant«too many brown people» so we waited a little longer to be sure. About 5 – 7 minutes later, 2 minority males get in line behind us followed by 2 white men, then the guy in the green shirt goes up to the 2 white men repeating the same question about«the list» and escorts them in… I’m not saying they are a racist establishment, but there is something VERY suspicious going on there. I will NEVER go back… I did have a great time at BUBBLE though and would recommend it over Suite any day

This is probably the trashiest bar I have ever been to. The music is at least 10 years old! And I watched male employee push a woman bc she didn’t know he was behind her. Then I watched the GM, Alex Kimball, stand up for the guy who pushed her. This is not a place for classy women

Went to Suite a few weeks ago for a bachelorette party and had a great time! The music was on point, the view outside was spectacular and my group had an epic night! I wanted to mention a couple bartenders– Katarina and a short blonde girl who I feel terrible for forgetting her name– but they were both incredibly friendly & always smiling. Katarina even remembered my order the whole night! I was super impressed with the service. I have never seen such happy smiling bartenders working at a club!

Seriously walk up to the bouncer on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 2 girlfriends. The bouncer looks at my boyfriend and I and says to our girlfriends that he couldn’t let«that» in. And as you should know yes I am a male and am a gay male and for a business to tell someone they can’t let them in because of their sexuality is just absurd. Suite try not to hire homophobic bouncers it’s a little upsetting. And also may I say I have never been turned away from anywhere for my sexuality especially a club. P. s. It’s 2015 get over your self

My friend drank a little too much. She really needed water. She wanted a cup of water. The bartender refused to give her a cup of water and wanted to charge her for a bottle. An overpriced bottle she didn’t want. Seriously you serve someone enough drinks to get drunk and get their money from a cover charge too on top of countless overpriced decently poured drinks but you won’t give her a glass of water to sober up a little bit? I get that it’s a «night club» but give the poor girl a couple glasses of water… At least just one. Any other bar or club I’ve ever been too would. Especially with the whole liability of over serving someone.

I went out with some friends on Saturday night and after hitting up a regular bar, they wanted to visit suite to dance. The night we went the cover was $ 7 for ladies, $ 9 for guys. The cover is a little pricey for my taste. But, I just hate paying a cover at all when I’m coming into your place and going to buy your OVERPRICED drinks. But Unilocalers there’s hope! I checked in here after I had paid the cover and got inside. Upon checking in, I got an offer alert for free admission for me and my guestS. Guestsssssssssss with an S. I don’t know how many they would allow, but everyone in line could have been my friend for all I care. I was annoyed I missed out on the offer, but made sure to save it for later! Being in EpiCentre Suite is nothing but another tourist trap bar. You get a mix of older people in town visiting and a younger local crowd. The music is pretty good, they play mostly hip hop. My biggest complaint is that this place seems to be filled with nothing but people walking back and forth. Obviously going out to a crowded bar, you’re going to get people pushing/nudging you to move but this place was awful the night I was there. It felt like people were doing nothing but walking back and forth in the middle of the dance floor. Walk around the perimeter people! It may have something to do with the layout/floor plan. Suite has a large main bar with 3 – 5 bartenders and a smaller side bar. The night we went they also had the outside open since it was finally warm enough. They had a small bar outside there as well. For me the patio was little bit bright… like flood light bright! Suite is good for dancing if you like hip hop music… but you should expect to pay a cover! I have also heard they are strict with their dress code — be sure to check it out before heading out there!

Went to see Araab Muzik and had trouble getting in the door because i had on camo. I thought that was a strange reason not to let someone in the club, after talking to the manager he finally let me in. But it thought that was odd, i wasn’t wearing anything baggy or crazy. I will not be going back anytime soon…

The one bouncer refused to let me in because I was wearing sneakers. I had on nice jeans and a nice polo shirt and was dressed better than 90% of the guys in there. I was also with three women and was their DD. They still wouldn’t let me in when we told them that. I eventually snuck in even though I didn’t want to go. It was my friend’s birthday and that is the only reason I went. I’ll never go back to a place who won’t let in a DD.

Ordered 2 shots and 2 glasses of water. Bartender with a fro gave me my two shots Like asked and tried to charge me for two bottles of Fiji and told me my tab was $ 20. I explained I did not want bottled water and wanted a glass of water on the house like water should be. He took the two bottles and did not pour me 2 glasses of water. After dropping the tab and still not receiving the 2 glasses of water requested I stopped him while passing and let him know I tipped $ 7 on $ 13 and would still like my glasses of water. He told me no! Worst bartender ever. Eat your ego and make regulars. Stop trying to inflate your tabs to make better tips. I gave a 54% tip on my shots and still got refused 2 glasses of water. Should have taken the first tab with the Fiji for $ 20 and not tipped anything. Your welcome froman. Toss some bottles for me…

I just want to point out that there was someone who went before me and had similar shoes and they let him in. Not me though. Be consistent or get rid of your policies and dress code. I will tell 1000 people about this and to not go here.

My first visit here since the remodel! Nothing too crazy or radically different. Just a few added bells and whistles. I’m not the biggest club person, but there are times when you end up at one. Birthdays, celebrations, girls night, whatever… some things just call for a night of getting all dressed to impress and going out to dance. Suite has some great resident djs and they also bring in a lot of great ones. DJ Nova is fantastic. Be sure to catch him when he’s in town. They also bring in celebs and reality show stars from time to time to host parties. I saw Flo-Rida perform a show here. It was pretty cool to see him in a smaller venue like this. I really like the layout of the club. Makes sense and easy to navigate. Good sized dance floor. Great patio. VIP tables both inside and out… depending on your mood. They have the patio tented right now with heaters because of the cold weather. Nice touch. Friendly staff. Volume bartenders who know how to sling some drinks. I always have fun when I venture here. whether it be for the night or just a beverage.

I was severely underwhelmed by Suite. After hearing soo many great things about this club, I expected a beautiful, spacious venue with a nice mix of somewhat interesting people. Unfortunately, the club was small, cramped and the crowd left a lot to be desired. Drinks were overpriced, too. The music was just decent with a slew of 90’s and early 00’s hits. I’m giving two stars because it was only $ 6 for admission after midnight(when I arrived) — if it were more I would give it only one. Perhaps Friday night is the wrong night to go? Who knows. I won’t be going back.

Had to come back after my recent experience here to update my review. I’m gonna keep it pretty short and just say that this place should really think hard about the Dj’s it hires and try to keep the feel of the place more upscale and less like high school prom. During my recent visit I spent nearly 2 hours listening to Cypress Hill’s Jump Around, Salt n Peppa Push It, and other typical 90’s songs. Not to mention there is a Unilocal offer for this place but once we showed the cashier we were told«oh, you have to go downstairs to use that». Downstairs? Jeeze.

Just. Ugh. I got roped into going here with my 20-something coworkers, and I put on a brave face and went in the spirit of community.(I’ve been here before but it’s been awhile.) We first went up to the third-floor entrance, where we were turned away and told to go downstairs. After going through the ID check, then the second ID check, then the first line, then the second line, we could see people being let in on the third floor. I guess we weren’t dressed well enough for him?(Well, my co-workers were dressed to the nines, anyway. I had left my Hot Girl Disguise back in my twenties.) I suppose some people enjoy being crammed into a room, paying $ 11 for a miniscule amaretto sour, being eye-level with the scantily-clad buttocks of a go-go dancer in fur boots, or literally being shoved out of the way by a staff member because it was very important that the whole club know that someone bought a bottle of Grey Goose.(They up-light it with a flashlight as it makes its way through the dance floor, I guess so we can all Ooh and Ahh as it floats by.) That night Mario Lopez(of A.C. Slater/Dancing with the Stars fame) was supposed to be hosting an event. I didn’t see much hosting, in fact I didn’t see much of anything. He was up in the VIP area hanging out, and I couldn’t even get close enough to see one curl on his head. Being a Saved By The Bell fan at heart, being able to see him or wave at him or something would have at least made the experience kind of redeeming, but no dice. I lasted until 12:45, at which point I excused myself and found the coworkers my own age drinking beer on a neighboring bar’s patio like regular people. And I think that’s where I’ll be staying from now on.

Suite is the typical night club with the combination of go-go dancers and mainstream music. I think Wednesdays are college nights so they’re 18+ and weekends are the typical 21+. There is a strict dress code(for guys anyway) so be sure to dress to impress. Guys wearing the«Dickie’s» brand and boots will automatically be turned away. I recently discovered that it is actually a franchise. With that said, I can’t say there is anything special that stands out about Suite. I will say it is the default club to go to since there is typically a good crowd. I normally have a good time, but that mainly depends on your company.(BTW. I completely agree with some of the other reviewers that Suite is typically saturated with Asians, seeing as it is mainly my Asian friends that come here lol) The interior is stylish and clean. There is good patio space for when it gets too hot inside or you just want to avoid the creepers(can’t have a typical night club without creepers, right?). FYI: pushing, kicking and simply telling this«creeper» division of the human species«NO! GOAWAY!» are all ineffective as they will relentlessly attempt to ambush you with groping and humping. My friends and I have adapted an immunity and have simply resorted to dismissing their existence. Not too effective, but I will continue to research other avenues of defense :) Update: Someone sent me a rude message regarding my review. I have to assume that it is someone who owns or is associated with the establishment. See picture.
