Great staff, great rate, beautiful and clean room. Love the modern furnishings and how it remains still very homey. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay, even just for an evening!

Fantastic place to stay! We got up graded at no extra cost. We were given a room with 2 beds, kitchen and living room. The kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. It was very clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was free and delicious. The gym was small but it had a treadmill so I was happy. I heard they have a pool but I never got to use it… this time! We stayed here on our way to WV. Next time we are on our way to the cabin to run trails, we will definitely stay here!

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We got a large beautifully decorated clean and comfortable room with a king sized bed that you just melted into. They have evening socials which basically they feed you good and you can chit chat with the other patrons. Also included is their little snack and coffee bar nothing over $ 5. Breakfast was pretty good. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and very very kind. Outside is a nice pool, basketball court and a courtyard sitting area. I highly recommend staying here we were very very impressed with Sonesta ES Suites! The evening shift lady at the front desk was so nice and informative, she does her job well!

Very nice rooms and design. Nice contemporary setting and well accommodated rooms like two televisions and a work area. Now the bad: the cleaning staff is rude and loud. They carry on conversations in front of the customers and act like no one is listening. At the free breakfast we saw one grab a whole bunch of muffins and bananas and cereal bars in a yellow bag and laugh while walking away. Also they didn’t even clean our room. No one came. Would of been nice to actually have some fresh towels to shower in the morning. We tried calling the front but no one answered. The breakfast is a joke. No hot food. Just stale muffins and other danishes and typical coffee. Literally almost no parking. We had a view from our window but big trees blocked everything. Obviously they’ve hired a hobbit as groundskeeper. Not sure if I would return. Maybe if they fired all the loud housekeepers.

My husband and I stayed here overnight during our move from Ohio to Florida. I’ve been to $$$$ hotels and $ motels alike and usually it takes a lot for me to remember a place. This hotel made the aggravation our 10hr drive melt away! The place is very well taken care of. I’m guessing they’ve gone through a recent reno since the place looks brand new. The grounds are nice, clean, plenty of parking spaces(even had room for our 16ft truck + tow). The hotel is all key access which makes it nice since non guests cant get in. We stayed in one of their pet suites with our bunny and 2 cats. Their policy is wonderful; # of pets doesnt matter, it’s based on weight! They clean the tugs in your room after you leave so the pet fee here makes sense, although I cant remember exactly what that was. The room was WELL worth the price before that fee, something like $ 111 but when we checked out the bill was $ 215; you can do the math. It’s way too expensive for only 1 night but if you have the cash it’s nice to know that the room has no left overs from other pets who have been there prior to your stay. When you first walk in there’s a tiny kitchen with a cute bar table(4 chairs). 2 burners for the stove, full sized fridge & dishwasher, and a sink with some dishes in the cabinet above. The whole room is L shaped; the kitchen being the bottom part of that ‘L’. Then you move into the tiny living room. The couch is the only thing separating the living room from the bedroom, but it works. Under the wall mounted tv is the desk. Behind the couch is the bed… I think it was a king. The living room is the middle part of the ‘L’ before you turn into the bedroom. The bedroom would be the top part of the«L» and next to the that is the bathroom. The vanity is in a hallway next to the bed with a closet that has a hamper, iron, and safe. There’s a door here for the toilet and shower… VERY small room. The shower has pumps on the wall for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and they smell AMAZING!!! Even my husband was impressed! Since we got in so late(3am) we were up for the free breakfast the next morning. Check out is noon here, so sleeping in was a nice touch!

I stayed here for two weeks. During the first week the hotel was in normal operation. The breakfast buffet every morning is very nice. It gets a little repetitive at times, but hey, it’s free. They also have a dinner buffet Tuesday through Thursday. They change it up daily so that’s a relief. The rooms are very nice. They have all the accommodations of a small apartment. Dishes, couch, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge and freezer, flat screen tv, free internet, and a kitchen table. The pool is also very nice and has a grill area for grilling out. During the second week the hotel commenced in upgrades throughout the entirety of the hotel. This being said the buffets were suspended until completion. Bag breakfasts for on the go were provided though. Once the completions are finished I can only imagine the accommodations the hotel will be providing.

My family and I checked in and immediately , out of the Extended Stay America and came over to the Sonesta. We were able to get a one bed suite and some enjoy dinner. My son was glad there was a basketball court and we were able to stay in the new rooms which are bright and clean and beautiful. Only draw, the a/c is loud. We would come here again.
