After suffering through disappointments with the big-​box stores, finally tried Queen City. A huge difference! Attentive, thorough, and prices are great. Very pleased with Queen City, in particular with Rick Webb in sales. Highly recommend this store.

I purchased 6 appliances from Queen City. All were Sub Zero products except the ice maker, which was a U Line. I wanted a Sub Zero, but the salesman Rick Webb talked me into the U Line the had in stock and assured me that the quality and the warranty was the same as Sub Zero. A little less then 2 years later the pump cracked on the ice maker. I then found out that the warranty was not the same as Sub Zero. What would have been a covered item on Sub Zero is going to cost me about $ 800.00 to repair. I called U Line for assistance and found out that the ice maker sold to me in November 2012 was shipped to Queen City in 2006. The «new» unit I purchased was 6 years old. They are beyond decietful and will not do anything to solve the problem. Stay as far away from these guys as you can. They are very bad news

I highly recommend going to Queen city for TVs, appliances and mattresses. In particular I recommend going to the Independence location and talking with Brian. Queen city has all the low end and high end products with all the latest technologies. The thing that separates them from the rest is their old fashioned customer service. Its not like walking into your local box store and trying to find someone to help you out. They have the know how and expertise to answer all questions. They typically have everything in stock and offer next day delivery. They will also match their competitors pricing.
