My first time in Conns. Let me state my main reason for coming to this location was the customer service. The young salesman made it a priority to keep in touch via phone and text, letting us know he would be working so he could meet us. I was impressed with his knowledge of the televisions, we initially went in to purchase a Samsung but settled on the LG .
I asked the sales associate where Cons originated and he stated they are mostly known on the west coast. I think I prefer coming here than Best buy bc there attention to customer needs is definitely priority.
I will be back to check out the furniture, home appliances, Dyson vacuum, and mattresses.
