We could not be happier with the service we have received at Plaza Applicance, in the last 8 months, we purchased 2 refrigerators, a washer/​dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave/​oven. Having just moved here, our new home was in need of some serious updates. Bill Pleasants was wonderful with helping us to see what was available, and trying to fit us with the right appliance for our needs. Bill wants his customers to be happy, and we definitely are happy! His pricing is competitive, they stand by their products, and they truly provide customer service. Thank you to Bill and his whole team for making such big purchases less stressful, and getting us exactly what we wanted!

The folks at Plaza are throwbacks to a time when sales staff did what they promised to do and understood customer service.
I placed an order for kitchen appliances in September. Everything was a rush because the contractor needed everything immediately. Jeff and his team took care of it. Everything was delivered to Plaza’s warehouse, and then the contractor stalled. I was on the phone almost every week with Jeff and his team as the delays piled up. They were always incredibly pleasant and helpful.
We finally fired the contractor and hired another one. That caused a four month delay. Jeff and his team never once pressured me to get those appliances out of their warehouse. In fact, they worked with the new contractor to resolve the multiple problems that arose when it was discovered that the old contractor had not provided correct size information. Every time I spoke with Jeff about a problem, he’d tell me he’d take care of it — and he did. There was no need for follow-​up emails or phone calls. The new contractor was very skeptical when I told him that it wasn’t necessary to leave multiple voice mails as all the folks at Plaza returned calls ASAP. He’s a believer now. He is amazed by how great the team is at Plaza.

Excellent service, nice people, fair prices… Who could ask for more! We are new to the area and would highly recommend Plaza for appliances and mattresses. You will not have this excellent experience with Ferguson, HHGregg or other appliance stores (we tried working with Ferguson and HHGregg… Not a good experience).

Plaza appliance has been outstanding in their service. We bought a new home and we were not satisfied with the range the builder installed. Without any help from Fergusons where the original range was purchased, Plaza Appliance helped us to exchange our range to obtain the LG model we desired. Their delivery personnel were cAreful with the install and expressed how much they loved their jobs and years of employment with this company. They were skilled technicians. Bill, was great to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted and he give me the lowest price in the market – in store and online retailers. Most importantly, the service was excellent and the reponsiveness of Bill and his team at Plaza Brand Source was next to none. I was in the market for a new dryer and checked out a couple of places before coming here. I wasn’t impressed with the salespeople at those big box stores and figured I’d get better service and answers at the local places and I was right.
The salesman, Rick, was personable, explained the advantages of the two models I was looking at (GE and Whirlpool) and gave me markdowns on each of the floor models i was looking at. When I showed him a picture of a similar Whirlpool model at Lowe’s, he matched the price and that’s the one I bought.
They don’t have free delivery here but it’s only $ 50 extra and you have the satisfaction of knowing you are supporting a local business that has been around for 60+ years.
