Mingle School of Real Estate

Should have read reviews before signing up. The contract they make you sign should have been the proof enough. I did have the chance to get a refund, but I stuck it out. Found out later after talking to over half the class that was in for either the 2^nd or 3^rd time. Once was enough for me. They teach concept and test minutia. There is too much information to learn to be tested on rote memorization. Mingle won’t pass you if you don’t get an 80% on their final. The State Exam passing is 75%. It seems that they want you to fail and pay to retake the course. Guess what, its cheaper the 2^nd and third and fourth time around (get my drift). Same theory and concept taught, same test questions on Minutia and useless information not used by any real estate agent. Don’t waste your money. I have heard great things about J.Y. Monk school. I will be signing up for the next class (should have gone their from the beginning had I done my research).

Just finished the course… failed it… and probably 80 percent of the class some were in it for the second time… you sign papers that entitle them not to pass you unless you get an 80 on the final… most folks failed… classes very fast paced… would not recommend.

Located on Kennilworth across the street from the Metropolitan, Mingle offers a wide range of classes and convenience & flexible hours. Instructors are great and make the class fun (or as fun as can be). The Realtor Store is on site, so the members have access to all their necessities in one place.
