Mattress Firm Midtown

Beware high markup on mattress covers!
I bought 2 mattresses and protection covers. Mattress Firm charged $ 80 for each cover but I could have bought the same product from Amazon for $ 32. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Came to mattress firm midtown after my dog peed all over the bed. The day had been pretty rough. Luckily enough I was quickly helped out by a nice young associate named Greg. I was very unsure about which mattress I wanted and placed myself on every single one. Had a bunch of questions about the materials which were answered very well. After all I will be sleeping with this bed for a long time this is important business. I picked out a non sweating expensive mattress and luckily Greg told me that there was a model clearance that was half off and it was a better mattress as well. So I saved money and left happy. Great overall experience. And I put no money down. That’s what’s up.

After months of searching and lousy service, we found Molly again on Kings! She is the best and most wonderful sales person! I cannot believe we have our new bed so fast with the best delivery guys I have ever seen. They were incredibly fast, polite, and cleaned up as if they were never there!

Happy employees! Everyone was extremely knowledgable and explained everything. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone!

Brandy is probably the best salesperson i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, answered every question we had honestly, and was not pushy in the slightest. Ok. Most people only buy mattresses every 20+ years or so (whoops, is that only me?). I walked into the new MattressFirm on Charlottetowne because my constant bedtime companion is letting me down. I think the gentleman that helped was David. I hope that’s his name because he was AWESOME & he deserves the name recognition.
David completely listened to all of my concerns regarding my sleeping idiosyncrasies as well as my financial ones. He guided me well & I felt like Princess Goldilocks as he pulled out & put down numerous testing mattresses for me to toss & turn & get the feel of how restful they would be for me while pointing out the pro’s, con’s & comparisons for me. He even offered me different pillows to suit my preferred way of sleeping.
I felt very appreciative of his education to me about why I might be sleeping uncomfortably (other than a really old mattress) and his opening my eyes to a whole other way to look at mattress styles & firmness & the importance of it for my health & well-​being!
He was masterful in handling my budget and hooked me up on a price that I was happy to have as well as going one better with some new store opening specials to seal the deal. I bought the soon to be mattress of my dreams in a little under 2 hours! I didn’t feel pressured, I felt treasured!
They also have a 100 day guarantee which is better than most in the business. They carry all the good brands; Stearns & Foster, Sealy, Beautyrest, Tempurpedic… he was very knowledgeable about the difference (or not) between higher & lower priced brands and why they are priced the way they are. He was a very good person (not salesperson) to deal with.
