Recently purchased a mattress and so far so good. Got a great deal on it during their New Years door buster sale. I can’t remember his name but the salesman was very nice and friendly. Also, delivery men came well within the time frame given and called when they were on the way. The only complaint is the store only has one sales associate working so it can be a bit of a wait if other customers are in the store.
