Great blueberry pancakes served w/hot syrup & hot blueberry compote. Terrible coffee!

The perfect breakfast/brunch spot! Le Peep has something for everyone, and dishes you just won’t find anywhere else. The Green Fields Forever is my go to, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Not to mention that the owner and staff are some of the best. A definite must for anyone in the area.

Love it here. The Panini s are fabulous, fries always good and service is great. Everything coming out to nearby tables looked amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back to try something else!

The food was good but the place is slightly cramped and by the time we left there was a huge line waiting. I’d go back if I was in the area, but wouldn’t make a trip especially for that. I had the Irish eggs Benedict and it was really good… My girlfriend had the French toast(add crunch for a dollar which was just Frosted Flakes) and she was not thrilled with hers, so I lost half my delicious meal in the process

Woke up early enough to make sure I tried this place out before I leave Carolina, it was good but not what I expected. There was a little bit of a wait, finally when we were seated I felt a tad claustrophobic… My friends and I were pretty much on top of each other, not comfortable at all. I ordered the homestead breakfast(biscuits and gravy) the biscuits were awesome but sadly the gravy was so watery. Potatoes were good but I see they used to season them. The menu has changed and so has the look of the restaurant, it was a bit homier before. The hot chocolate and cinnamon roll latte was bomb dot com at least

Yum! I was pretty impressed with this place. It was packed and I was surprised that we got sat right away. They have lots of options and I was having trouble deciding. The server helped me choose things off the menu. Food came out quick and their sweet tea was good too! Checking out at the front was quick. It’s also a plus that they have coupons too!

Ehh not a great meal to start off the new year. The service was very slow and all the food was bland. Between 5 of us we ordered a skillet, pancakes, French toast, red velvet waffles, and a Benedict– Basically one item from each part of the menu. No one loved their food and we all agreed that nothing had a lot of flavor. Unfortunately we were not too impressed and probably won’t be back.

One of my favorite french bistros that was in WI and I found it here in Charlotte. Love the breakfast and brunch selection. Pancakes are crazy huge and cake like, bacon crispy and decent peasant potatoes. Great for a brunch spot under $ 15 Location is decent for walking after being so full! Check it out!

Great place. I was there recently based on other reviews and it is close to home. I am a breakfast anytime person so this place is likely to see me a few times a month. Eggs and the breakfast potatoes were very nicely done. The vibe is a little loud so don’t go expecting an intimate scene with quiet conversation. They get busy but I see satisfied people leaving and smiles coming in. Very good breakfast experience.

What a let down, I had the blueberry craps. More like blueberry crap. The craps it’s self had no flavor. And was undercooked the waitress was not sufficient, I asked for extra napkins twice she didn’t bring them. I’m not going back there.

Food eh! Service eh! Patrons. germ infested. I have had a woman behind me for almost an hour hacking her germs all over the place and not covering her mouth. Not the restaurant’s fault but it didn’t make my first visit pleasurable. Now the food… I waited more than 15 minutes waiting on my Café Vienna. when my food finally arrived. it wasnt what I ordered. Once the correction was made, first bite is flavorless. The only flavor I received was from the hollandaise sauce. Apparently the chef had saltitis because there wasn’t a trace of seasoning in my food. Huge disappointment. Will I visit again? Hard to say yes. My server was pleasant but thats not enough to commit to a second visit.

I would love to give this place a better rating given that it is in my local community, but I just can’t. I have been there about 3 times now for breakfast, trying different things each time and it just keeps disappointing. From the Biscuits and gravy to the Breakfast burrito(which says includes Chorizo, but that is some funky looking and tasting Chorizo) it is just an overall bland and half hearted attempt at breakfast. Nothing taste fresh made. It must all come from pre-packaged previously frozen boxes. The ambiance is just a mediocre place to have breakfast/lunch. Nothing on the inside has an aesthetic appeal to it. They do have a little bit of outside seating, but even it is old run down patio furniture that is going to leave some sort of stain on your clothing. The staff is just«OK» they get the job done, but there isn’t a rush to provide timely and quality service. Again, this place is just not that good for the price.

They do breakfast right. I went here this morning for ghee first time with my friend and our two 7 month olds. The service was fast and the food was very good. I ordered a broccoli and cheddar cheese omelette which came with potatoes and buttered toast. The omelette was a little smaller than I’m used to and a little dry, but it was good. The potatoes were mostly good but some were burnt. The toast was buttered, which is important to me. I appreciate when they do that work for you. I ordered my son a single pancake… It was huge! I ended up eating over 90% of it and can only describe it as a giant fluffy sugar cookie– which is a good thing. I’ll definitely be returning.

Consistently great breakfast food for a reasonable price. I am a creature of habit and always order the Harvest Eggs Benedict, which features a mélange of sautéed veggies and a side of their savory potatoes. The service is great, but the only downside to this place is they close at 2:30p, and the wait can be long(on the weekends) during breakfast/brunch time. If you get there after that time period you will be seated quickly.

Yum! My breakfast was excellent. I got a veggie skillet, and it was huge. I only ate half, and that’s a rare problem for me. It had potatoes, zucchini, green ask red bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, and about a cup of cheese. Healthy, not really. But delicious! My guy had the lumberjack, and he said it was good. Everything seems to be served with their peasant potatoes, which are really just home fries. They offer both turkey bacon and turkey sausage for those who prefer that.

I seriously can’t think of any breakfast/brunch joint better than Le Peep. I literally always get the drifter skillet because it’s so good and can’t imagine even trying anything else. The coffee here is even really good and I’m extremely picky when it comes to coffee. Now although you might have to wait 10⁄15 minutes in the small area in the front it’s totally worth it for the amazing food, great service and all around atmosphere! Thumbs up!!!

Our weekend breakfast spot. Eggs benedict with salmon or the classic with ham — eggs poached perfectly, crusty English muffin, cream cheese and salmon with spinach. Very tasty Skillets are great too — crunchy toasty potatoes with a host of mix-ins(ham, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, whatever!) and then poached eggs on top for the finish. Great kids menu. French toast is delicious, chocolate chip pancakes, fresh fruit(good fruit too). When it’s warm the outdoor seating is wonderful. Waiters can take a while but if you’re there to relax, it’s perfect timing.

Good Breakfast spot in Charlotte to bring the family. Their regular scrambled eggs and their egg whites are both excellent. The coffee is strong, which is great because that’s how we like it! The French toast is good but just ok. I think the food came out a little cold instead if fresh and hot from the kitchen, so I think they can do a little better with timing. The service was pretty good, no complaints there!

Le Peep is pretty Le Great. I really enjoyed my meal here as I’m a huge fan of breakfast anytime of the day. I had a egg white omelette and it was delicious. I did however have a couple drawbacks to mention unfortunately. First was the time it took for visits to the table. A little too much time in between visits created an issue where I literally had to go to the host station to request my check and pay for my bill. The server was great mind you, but maybe overloaded. Secondly, the salsa given was pretty hot, temperature wise. I’m not a fan of hot salsa and I prefer it cold because the tomato dices don’t disintegrate that way. On the plus side, if the weather is nice it’s a real treat to sit outside and soak up all that is suburbia.
