We purchased a groupon and normally I am nervous about doing that as we have been burned before but we were so pleasantly surprised with the amazing job he did.
After ordering the groupon, I called and was immediately scheduled for the next Friday. The technician called when he was on the way and when he arrived made our carpet look brand new. We had a stubborn stain in the master bedroom and for a small extra fee he took it out. It was in the middle of the room and we thought we would have to replace the carpet but he took it out!
Very highly recommend this company!

We got a Groupon to clean our whole house (up to 3,000 sq ft) or up to 7 rooms. It was a little hard to get a hold of the company to make my appointment (kept getting the machine), but once I finally left a message, they called me back quickly. The guy arrived and got right to work, and my husband was there to greet him. According to my husband, the guy worked really hard, spot cleaned when necessary (not part of the Groupon), and did an overall outstanding job. The carpets look great, and I had arranged to have them Scotch Guarded (not part of the Groupon) for an awesome discounted rate beforehand, so hopefully they’ll stay that way. I would definitely use these guys again, and recommend trying to get the Groupon to give them a try yourself.

Beware of this carpet cleaning company. Left hanging me with a 3 foot diameter stain. I ended up with a bigger mess after the steam cleaning! I wanted to go with a local small business instead of big companies. The owner appeared hard working; starting his day at 6 am and finishing up late about 8 pm. That’s perhaps too much of a stretch and shows up in the quality of the work. He was in out about in less than hour for the entire house (5 rooms plus stairs). The company uses a portable machine to do the steam cleaning. Apparently this machine can leak and leave the stains you can’t see when the carpet is still wet. When the carpet dried the next morning there was 3 foot diameter stain on the living room carpet. To be fair, the owner came back once, although didn’t fully admit he caused the stain, attempted to clean the stain halfheartedly, but in vain. Then wanted to charge $ 35 for deep cleaning. Repeated calls to come back and remove the stain led to bringing in his lawyer. The kicker is that I was able to get the stain out with typical household carpet stain remover!
The sad thing about this is that such a hard working business owner lost the focus on customer service and quality and may eventually go out of business.
