Worst dental experience we’ve ever had. I do not recommend taking your child to Dr Moore.

Few times does a child have a great time at the dentist, and leaves with a smile, even less often is he ASKING to go back. But this is precise what Charlotte Pediatric’s standard for excellence has prompted after 4 years.
My son has hyperactivity and impulsivity issues, which resulted in a heinous interaction at another dentist who felt it necessary to hold him down physically. But Charlotte Pediatric allows him to move at his pace, and, regardless of who we see that day, is encouraging the whole way through.
From the waiting room lined with iPads and reading books, to the exciting murals and mobiles in the exam area, Charlotte Dentistry blows all other competitors out of the water. My son’s favorite part? The ultra cool sunglasses to protect his eyes from the bright lights the dentists use to check his teeth and the coin he gets for being such a great patient (there are age appropriate penny machines filled with novelties for the children to choose).
I cannot thank all the staff nearly enough. All their dedication pays off… it really does! My son is eager to brush his teeth and proud to have no cavities. When he joins me at my dentist he unstructs me and my dentist on using Mr. Sucker (the tool used to clear your spit), and crocodile mouth, and even sitting still for the xrays. When Halloween comes he is excited to trick or treat for their buy back program, less for thr income, and more because he is genuinely concerned about the Cavity Creeps. Charlotte Pediatric, you’ve created a willing lifetime patient, and I cannot refer enough people your way.

This place is really great. My kid is looking forward to his next visit which is awesome to hear.

My boys have been going to the University Location of Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry. I was unhappy with the dentists there over the last year, so decided to try this location.
This location is a lot larger than the University location. Very clean. 4 ipads and 1 video came (with two controllers) in the waiting area.
Dr. Webb is outstanding! Great bedside manner and explains things clearly. I plan to use her every visit. Our hygienist Erin was also top notch.
Both kids told me they couldn’t wait to come back, so that is awesome in my book!
