Carolina Pack & Load

Just wanted to let anyone know that these guys saved me yesterday!
The movers that I had scheduled never showed (Flat Rate Movers). I called this company later in the afternoon and scheduled them to come out the next morning. 5 minutes later, they called back and said they would come get me in an hour. I literally started crying on the phone because I was so thankful.
The guys were very professional and moved me in a decent amount of time considering it turned dark on them and they had a steep climb up the driveway.

The owner Jason was so nice and also was able to accommodate my girlfriend and I on such short notice (literally within two hours since FLAT RATE MOVERS is the worst moving company ever-​they don’t show up or call). Jason had three men come help us in addition to even coming himself to make sure everything was going well. We will use Carolina Pack and Load on our next move and DEFINITELY recommend them to others!

Carolina Pack and Load was great on my last move — showed up on time, worked hard, and were very careful with my things. I worked alongside the guys and we got a lot done in a short period of time. Will use again. Their truck and equipment was all very nice and professional. Moved my flat screen tv without damage which was a big concern for my move.

Whatever you do please PLEASE do not use this company’s moving services, save yourself the trouble. If I could rate them as a zero I would. I scheduled with this company, called the day before to confirm my appointment and was given the green light, so I purchased the living social deal. The next day my appointment was scheduled for 3pm, however at around 1 pm the owner of the company called and asked if I would like for them to come at 2pm instead of 3 because their other job was finishing early. I said yes, so I went back over to my old apartment, prepped everything for them and waited. And waited. And waited. I called about every 20 – 30 minutes after about 2:30 trying to find out where the movers were and got no answer or call back. They just didn’t show up and didn’t call back. This put me in a horrible bind, a 22 year old female trying to move all of my things (including furniture), from my third floor apartment with my fiancée who has an injuries knee. I was able to get a uhaul truck (barely! I had to beg the man) to move my things, along with getting a full refund from living social. But needing to have my stuff out of that apartment and into a new left no room for this nonsense and it put me in a horrible bind. Please save yourself the trouble!

My fiancée & I moved from our apt into a townhouse. This was my first hiring movers and I was thoroughly impressed. They were professional, quick & really made it an easy day. I couldn’t thank them enough. I recommend them to all my friends & family now. You will not be disappointed.

These guys did a great job. You can tell they have been doing this along time. Fast, friendly, and professional.
