Henderson Properties

Sick of paying a bill every month on time with this company for them to charge me extra fees for «not paying on time». I use the envelopes they provide each year to send off. I’ve never in my life seen a company so bad at performing simple account recievables. I just had to send off proof of payment which was all on time for the past year still waiting for them to return my refund of the extra money I paid them for the «late fees». Once again I sent in this months payment «ONTIME» and yet again they are saying they haven’t received payment and they will not reimburse me until this is handled. I truly feel this is their way of ripping people off. Paying HOA’s your suppose to get something in return, right? Well here we don’t wish I could post pictures of the landscape of the this place. Cause believe me I have them. Atleast if your going to steal peoples money you should at least provide good service and u don’t. YOU ALL SUCK AT YOUR JOBS AND LIFE!!! STAY AWAY FROM HENDERSON PROPERTIES.

Very good Property Management Company
In general, Henderson Properties has proven to be a very good Property Manager. I’m President of an HOA and we use Henderson as our Management Company and have for the past six years.
In general, we have been very pleased with Henderson. One strong point is that they have a satelite office in Davidson which makes it easier to get a Property Manager on site in case of a problem. That said, responce crew still has to come out of Charlotte but it is nice to have someone locally who can expedite things.
Their education program for HOA Boards is outstanding and results in more informed Boards and fewer problems down the Road.
