DO NOT assume that if you confirm a rental online that they will actually have a truck. TWICE now, I have confirmed a truck days before a rental only to have them call just before the pick up time that the truck was not available. THEN they charged me a $ 50.00 no show fee! Their customer service is non-​existant, an autodialer would care more.
