HORRIBLE customer service. We somehow ended up on their schedule, though they never confirmed the appointment with us. When they called to say they were on their way, we scrambled to accommodate them. AND THEY CANCELLED. The worst part of the mishap was that Isabelle in the office presented the confusion as our fault. We bought a voucher through Living Social and are seeking a refund. There are better options in the area for duct and vent cleaning. I recommend another company. ANY other company.
