What a fantastic tailor! I had a bridesmaid dress emergency. I had to buy my dress online and when I got it, it did not fit at all. Esther was fantastic. She worked with me, had me come in several times to try on the dress while she worked on it. I got my dress a week and a half ago and I only had a small window to get my dress altered. They assured me they would have it ready and they did. Everything looked great and the price was very reasonable for all of the work that they did. I will definitely be back

I will never return here. I brought some of our clothes here to get dry cleaned /​pressed. Mind you, my husband is 6’5″, so his clothes are bigger than average. When I went to pick up my items, the charge for my husband’s shirts was way more than she originally told me. When I asked why, she informed me that they charge more for size 3X shirts. This was not mentioned when I dropped off the shirts. If it had, I would have gone elsewhere and never given them my business. They also «lost» one of my shirts that needed mending. When they finally found it, the mending was not complete. I went back a 2nd time to retrieve my shirt and it STILL had not been done. They were finally able to get it done by the third trip. Such a waste of time and money!

Literally the WORST tailor in the world. 3 items that they have messed up. 1) they couldn’t do the alteration but didn’t call to tell me. Went to pick it up and because they couldn’t do one part of the alteration, they didn’t do anything (including hemming and pressing). 2) yeah didn’t take the item in enough 3) went to pick up a dress (on day I was told it would be ready) being hemmed and it wasn’t ready. Was told it would be another 30 – 40 minutes. They hadn’t started yet. Thank god for Anna’s alterations around the corner. They are always able to handle these things, do their work on a timely manner and are professional. So many bad experiences with AAA.
