Rent Karaoke Boston and DJ Service

We have worked with Rent Karaōke Boston twice now, and both times it far exceeded our expectations. We rented a sound system, as well as light show both times, and on each occasion, we were all blown away. Ray is accomodating for drop off and pick up, and spent time to troubleshoot and teach me how to run the system. The equipment was top of the line, and provided plenty of volume and clarity for our party. We’ll use them again, definitely.

We used Rent Karaōke Boston for my daughters 13^th birthday party (20+ teenage girls and another 15 adults). The karaōke machine was the hit of the party!!! Ray was one-​time for the install and suggested the best way to setup the system. He worked extremely hard to get the equipment operational before the party. Ray trained me on the system which was very easy to use, even for a novice like me. He gave me a thorough overview of the troubleshooting process in case anything went wrong.
The equipment was fantastic and covered music for all generations. No way you can get that many songs on a store bought system.
I unknowingly overpaid Ray $ 60 in cash after the install. He left and then returned with the money and notified me that I overpaid. That kind of honesty is rare now days. He should be commended for his integrity.
Ray was available and responsive for call-​backs to answer any questions or problems that we may have had. Only had to call him once… but he walked me through the issue.
Ray returned on time for the pick-​up and was super quick getting in and out. He did not disrupt the house at all.
We could not be more pleased with the products and services offered by Rent Karaōke Boston. Ray is exceptional!
